Armen and Leah transported my aunt from the Bronx to Flemington, NJ with care, and compassion. They arrived on time and were polite during the entire move. Two great staff members. I would definitely use this company again- the process was easy and painless! Everyone was very reliable and professional!

I sustained a hip fracture rendering me unable to walk or bear weight on my right side. This occurred around the same time I was to start medical treatment. My issue was getting down a flight of stairs in my house, outside and to the hospital. One of the social workers at Mt. Sinai gave me the number of NYC Wheelchair Transportation Service and they have been a blessing since they come into the house and carry me down the stairs. It’s not an inexpensive service, but they have proven to be super reliable and very professional. I speak most often to Marie in Reservations. She knows me and my case when I call, and is always friendly and efficient, super helpful in relaying reservation details and coordinating with dispatch. The drivers are likewise very professional. My favorite team is Stewart and Chris who pick me up in the mornings…always on time, sensitive to my condition, slowing down for speed bumps and potholes…these guys are great! NYC Wheelchair Transportation is an excellent service!

I can’t praise this service enough! My elderly mother needed transportation to a doctor’s appointment, and the team at NYC Wheelchair Transportation exceeded all expectations. The driver was punctual, assisted us in getting her into the vehicle safely, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the journey. The vehicle was spotless, well-equipped for her wheelchair, and the staff was exceptionally kind and professional. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and hassle-free day. I highly recommend them!
