Friendly and incredibly helpful, if the phone wasn't answered immediately, I received a call back in under a minute. Would that all service-based companies treated customers this way. Drivers are all professional. They also send texts on the hr, half hour and when you car is in route, all very helpful. I highly recommend them!

Hopefully they can use that number to see the initial reservation, as well as many, many follow-up messages and emails I have sent them to try to address my concerns with their service and customer response. I can't say I'm surprised that they couldn't find my reservation - they don't seem to know much about customer service!I'm not sure this company is still in business. I attempted to file a complaint with the NY CPS after they charged me over $1k (without authorization or notice) for a ride I didn't receive, and NY CPS notified me that their address wasn't valid and the email is broken.This is probably for the best, as their customer service is atrocious. I attempted to book their services for an agreed-upon price, and then the day before the service they charged me an extra 40% without letting me know - I only found out when I checked my credit card statement. I then spoke to the dispatcher who was actually supplying the ride and he told me that there was a $300 mark-up on the rider that this company was taking for absolutely no reason.Bottom line - took over $1k from me, I spent 6 weeks trying to get the money back, and even the New York Consumer Protection Service can't get hold of them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only was Danielle incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding, she had a driver on the way in less than 10 minutes!Needless to say, we made the appointment, with time to spare, all thanks to NYC Wheelchair!! When he was done, we just had to call the number back and they sent our driver right away! It was so simple and stress free!Both myself and my father were absolutely amazed with the impeccable customer service, the speed at which they came to the rescue, the friendliness and compassion of the staff, and a pleasant experience overall!We highly recommend this company and now my father will not ride with anyone else 😊Thank you so much to Danielle, Joseph and everyone at NYC Wheelchair! You guys are life savers!!
