They charged me extra because "it was not the exact milage when I picked it up". I used around 100 miles, filled up the tank, and still got penalized.Another note is that they will state that you have reservation. Do understand that you do not reserve a specific, but rather your time slot. Plus, they will send you an estimate for the car that you want IF they have it. I ended up paying $300+ more because they did not have a basic economy car like a Prius or something simple that can just get me around town.Not to mention the long line! I could have sworn I was waiting around 30-35 minutes and I was the third person in line. Yes, they were trying help people. However, that does not matter if you are the type of person who impatient and/or in a rush. So when I got my car finally, there was about 10-12 more people waiting. You can only imagine the wait time.If possible, for your sake and wallet, go somewhere elseIf possible, go somewhere else

Staff had no interest in accommodating hot customers and took their time fulfilling orders with no desire to show hints of customer service. Building to rent is small, hot and a dump. Go elsewhere. The cheap day rate isn't worth it

Not wanting to inconvenience my family due to them possibly being busy, I decided it would be best to rent a car. I was able to make a reservation for a car while exiting the airport, which I found to be very convenient. When I came out the terminal, the shuttle for the car rental place was already outside and ready to take me to the location.Once I got to the rental location, I approached the desk and gave the customer service rep my ID and reservation number. Once the rep found my info, I was told that I was too early for the reservation and needed to wait. No problem...understandable. After about 20 minutes, I was allowed to come back up to the desk to process my rental. The rep I dealt with was pleasant and gave me a good recommendation on somewhere to eat. Everything was going well until it came time to authorize my car rental purchase.Once I inserted my card, everything was confirmed and approved. By the way, please make sure you have a credit card for the rental. I saw at least two people come in with debit cards not be allowed to get their rental. Here's where the issue occurred. Somewhere in the rep's process, it was discovered that I had a rental car out in their system. I confirmed to the rep that I have a rental through Avis back home that I was using for business purposes. Once this was discovered, a manager was alerted of the matter. The manager stated the only way I could get the rental would be if I had another driver on the vehicle. Since I was traveling by myself, I was not allowed to get the rental. No problem...understandable.Seeing that the authorization on my card went through, I asked the rep when the authorization would be removed so that I could attempt to rent from another company. The rep stated that they didn't process anything so nothing should've went through. Houston...we have a problem and it's not understandable. I advised the rep there absolutely was a charge that went through and I needed to know when it would be gone. They stated it should be cleared after midnight. Unfortunately, the authorization is still on my card and I wound up utilizing rideshare companies the whole weekend to get around. It was a great inconvenience to what I wanted to do.I don't know the process for getting reservations done, but something needs to be instituted that prevents this from happening to anyone else again. I probably could've went to another place, but my time had already been soured by the experience. I hope this finds the right department so that this step could be implemented.

The only complaints I have is the first car I couldn’t locate the keys so they gave me another. The 2nd car smelled of smoke and they told me to tell the guard who’d notate it. He refused and sent me back. They notated it and I went to leave and he said something on the car was dragging so I had to take it back again when I pulled up to the office building the lady was already coming out with keys to the next vehicle (3rd vehicle) as the guard was helpful and decided to call them. It was a bit frustrating, the runaround after just traveling and I had an appointment I needed to make prior to reaching my vacation destination, but they were very fast in working it all out and apologetic.The first and last car were very clean and in great condition.Return was really simple, fast, and efficient. The shuttle was pulling up to take us to the airport within 5 mins of me pulling up to return. This left me plenty of time to check in, go through TSA and grab a meal before my flight.I would recommend and use them again.

The 12 hour and 14 minute delay in the return does not constitute an additional $100 charge. The "recovery fees" are straight B/S because there was nothing to be recovered. They charged me fees like the car was out for repo or something. SUPER WEIRD!!!I returned the car at the time I thought it was due back. I did not receive a call nor a text about the car being late. because my flight was at 3:50 pm yesterday. I corresponded with Journee Wallace regarding the extra charge and she did not offer a better solution an extra $100 in fees. That is cool because my 10+ year relationship of renting from company has ended. Enjoy the extras fees, I hope it was worth it.
