Only giving one star because leaving no stars is not an option. This was the most awful rental experience I have ever had. Our flight arrived at 515 am. Travelling overnight with 5 young children. Made our way to the off site car rental center to find we had to take yet another shuttle to the actual priceless counter. Evidently they don’t open until 7. So after waiting over a hour, the shuttle still did not show. I had started calling their number and continually only got to a recorded message. After another nearly hour, someone finally answered. He said the shuttle would arrive to pick us up in 5 min. It took 20 for someone to arrive to pick us up for transport to the “office”. Once there, it felt like a very run down and unsafe area. I had my 5 year old son with me and luckily it wasn’t dark, but I was very uncomfortable. The person in the office was not only rude, but also argumentative. He proceeded to tell me that the reservation I had made, only accounted for the “booking fee”. The total cost of the rental (which also left something to be desired) was nearly triple the amount I had booked for. When I made the reservation the cost breakdown was “total including fees”. Additionally, he tried to tell me that buying their insurance was MANDATORY. When I stated I had my own insurance he insisted that was not allowed. I also told him how I had been calling and he argued that they answer the phones. I said no, you didn’t, I have been calling for an hour and he basically yelled at me that they were answering phones. I told him no thanks for the rental. He did not offer to shuttle me back to the car rental center but did follow me out to the parking lot to insist I would not find another rental. We were able to secure a rental from a more well known national rental company for far less than what priceless was trying to charge. The point is, it was a total bait and switch situation with the final cost being almost triple what was agreed to. I ended up paying for an uber to get back to my party because I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The vehicle they were planning to rent to us did not look new or well kept. I truly do not wrote reviews often but this was so bad, I am hoping to save someone else from the debacle we had to endure.

Thank you!!!! Your name makes sense now! The price, safety, reliability, and friendliness are all Priceless. Don’t let the fact that the rental agency isn’t a major provider dissuade you. They will shuttle you to an offsite location that is not overly large. You can trust that what you reserved WILL be the car that you receive! They also pass the savings of not being on airport property, on to you! I’m so glad that I took a chance on this company. We had 7 Adults (many of us well-fed!) and tons of of luggage. The large Mercedes sprinter van was big with usb-c outlets. After a while we felt like the king of the road! Thanks again priceless!

A total SCAM please stay away from this rental brand. First their shuttle never showed up at the airport after 50+ minutes of promised time, we paid for our own Uber to the spot. After we arrived they told me the price will be $45 additional PER RENTEL DAY upon what we already paid for, and refused to let us use our own car insurance which was stated qualified on their site and in their shop. The customer service is non-existent and the attitude of the staff was appalling. Wasted my whole afternoon because of them, and still don't have my car. Save your time and money and go somewhere else please doing everyone a favor here.

Had the most horrible experience with them don’t book with them unless you want to be left stranded like we did. We book them 1.5 months in advance and paid in full. We landed in Miami airport. We had 4 kids with us that needs to use the restroom then we headed out to the car rental shuttles. We waited for half hour not one shuttle showed up from them! We even asked around. My husband called them several time took a few tries to even reach them. they say they canceled our reservation since we didn’t show up ( that they gave us only 1 hour grace period to show up at their rental!! ) but how?? Literally no shuttle came to ever pick us up. I ask to even talk to the manager who rudely even hung up the phone on me. They didn’t try to work with us or help us out simply hung up and didn’t care. We had 4 kids with us a very long flight and no car. On top of that they didn’t even refund us. Customer beware. It’s definitely an extremely shady company.

BAIT & SWITCH! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the head company down to the Franchise. Rude service at Miami location from the start. They hook you online with a low price ($124) the prepaid amount will be lost if you decide not to rent from them after arriving and being hit with additional charges for tolls & Insurance. You can not use your own transponder (I was using Priceline and the Priceless Policies on that web site does not match what is written on the Priceless Miami web site) We were forced to buy additional Insurance (they accept Allstate & deductible has to be lower than $500 which it was but they still declined). New charge $450. Then they over charged my credit card $675. Miami never returned my phone calls. Worked with my credit card company to successfully recover the overcharges. I reached out to the head company they sent out a mass email to 10 key people (in including the director) and got ghosted when asking why my insurance was not acceptable after meeting all the written policy requirements. Will never use again!
