Had one crazy lady driver almost light a cigarette, until I pointed out that the passenger sitting next to me had an oxygen tank. This same driver was going 90 mph on I-75, weaving in and out of traffic, cussing at other drivers, etc. The few good drivers they have doesn't make up for all the bad experiences.

I had a scheduled pick up for 7:15am, for an 8:30am doctors appointment. The driver didn't arrive until 9:40am. I didn't make it to my appointment until after 10:20am. Later, I was scheduled for a 1:30pm pick-up to go back home. The driver didn't arrive until 6pm. The drivers are negligent, rude, don't follow speed limits, and will lie repeatedly about when they'll come. "Royal One Transportation" is a HORRIBLY HORRENDOUS service; please CANCEL your trip if your insurance books them. This company will continually LIE about picking you up, and will get angry if you call and question their tardiness. Ask for "Mo-Town Transportation" instead. They are reliable, safe, and on-time.

The driver called and said he was 30 minutes away. They could have let me know that they were not going to fulfill their obligation over an hour before I spoke to the driver. I could have called an Über and made it to my procedure. Now, I’m still in pain because I didn’t make it to the surgeon, I had to reschedule the procedure, for a week out. I have to take ANOTHER covid test for it and I took off work for this. This was absolutely avoidable. They’re IRRESPONSIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS company. HORRIBLE!
