Unit 502 going 80 in a 60 with no turn signals. Why would you risk the safety of others like that? This same driver was running red lights a year ago and yall still keep him on the streets driving around elderly and physically disabled?

The Sandia driver showed up right on time. We were running a little behind getting our elderly patient ready, and he was very understanding. He was very carefully and gentle putting her in the van and taking her out. Overall, professional and courteous. Will definitely use this company again.

The courteous drivers and helpful scheduler really went above and beyond to make the appointment go smoothly from a transportation perspective. The drivers arrived early and even assisted with getting the wheelchair out of the house on the first leg of the journey. They were even flexible with an unintended delay on the return journey. Very thankful for this group of people!

I've used Sandia Transportation three times over the last three years to get to Lovelace for surgery and other medical procedures. Their service is reliable and very reasonably priced.I live alone and don't have anyone to do things for me, If it weren't for Sandia Transportation, those in my standing would be unable to get medical treatment. I'd rate these guys an extra star if I could.The dispatcher Vanessa is cheerful, competent and kept up with my changing schedules.The drivers always show up on time in the wee hours of the morning to get me to Lovelace. My hats of to Jason arriving at O Dark 445 am, safely driving through snowy East Mountain rain getting me to Lovelace on time for my inguinal hernia surgery. I've read most of the complaints here and believe they are unfounded cheap shots at a good business doing a great service.

It says on the website that they love their customers. I'm in one of their vans right now as an escort for my family member who is being transported in his wheelchair. I'M NOT FEELING THE LOVE!Added next day: The driver arrived before I had my family member dressed and packed up to leave the hospital and be transported to rehab. The hospital gave me little notice of arrangements being made. Then I was waiting for them to get wound dressings done. So driver was delayed 20 minutes. I guess Sandia drivers are under a lot of pressure to stick to a schedule. This guy had anger issues. The stony silence was awful. After we got in the van, he left the vehicle for 10 minutes. Windows were all up and heat in vehicle was oppressive. He sulked the entire ride, speeding at times. I felt like he was trying to scare us. At the rehab center, he put my family member partially into the entrance between automatic doors. Then he walked back to vehicle. Doors closed on my family members feet (who had recent toe surgery.) My arms were full of stuff we'd packed, so I couldn't pull the wheelchair back in time. I called for him to help. He expressed no concern whatsoever . . . just persisting in his miserable "silent treatment." The guy gave new meaning to the phrase, "passive-aggressive." I'm glad I didn't leave my very frail and very sick family member to travel alone with this nut. Standards of civility are pretty high in New Mexico. This experience was uncommonly chilling. I called Sandia the next morning. The person on the phone excused herself to call someone in her office "an idiot," then told me she was dealing with an irate customer. Yeah, they sure "love" their customers.
