In addition to this, at the beginning of the rental I wanted you to rate their service, something that is normally done at the end, THE SURPRISE OF ALL THIS IS THAT ALREADY OUT OF THE COUNTRY THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ANOTHER VALUE AFTER THE ONE THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED FOR THE RENTAL.

Here is a brief summary of the various problems with the rental company:The problem started when we arrived at the airport, the rental company driver came to pick us up at the airport without a baby seat even though he had been warned before arriving (I had to go to the rental company with my 1-year-old baby without a seat and risked having an accident, or even committing a traffic violation).The car had a maintenance alarm on since the beginning of the trip, which caused me to panic every time I left with the car.But it doesn't stop there, even though the invoice from decolar.com/despegar.com stated that taxes were included, I was surprised with an additional charge upon arrival at the rental company of a mere $286.51 dollars, which the completely unqualified attendant couldn't even explain to me. As if that weren't enough, we still have more.A very old, filthy car, delivered with an almost empty tank of fuel. It doesn't stop yet.I arranged with the rental company to return the vehicle at 6 am on 11/29 and guess what, there was no one at the rental company to return it at the previously scheduled time. In order not to miss my flight, I was forced to leave the car without any assistance and look for a shuttle service to the airport, which caused me enormous stress and risked missing my flight, in addition to the location of the rental company being very dangerous and again unexpected additional costs.To conclude, I have never seen such poor, unqualified and unprofessional service as this rental company. Given that I travel frequently. I would also like to take this opportunity to recommend that Decolar/Despegar to conduct an audit of its partners, as this one seemed to me to be very lacking in the basics.
