Silver Car has been a horrible experience. You might think you are getting a reliable and predictable service but no . . . they don't provide any meaningful way to contact them if there has been a problem with the car. They don't communicate with you or work with your insurance company if someone backs into the parked car and scratches it. Instead of communicating (even once!) they turn your information over to a company that advertises squeezing customers for any excess charges not covered by the insurance policy and they make sure to add on a ridiculous set of fees for admin, "sanitation" etc. Buyer beware.

They will charge you an astronomical amount to repair it too and use every cheap tactic in the book to get you to pay.Save yourself the headache.
