They advertise the lowest rental price compared to other more reputable companies like Enterprise and hook you with the idea that you're getting a steal but you end up paying the difference in hidden fees and bogus damage claims. If you rent from this company ensure you get the most expensive supplemental insurance they offer that covers damage to the vehicle and take a very detailed video of every inch of the car because they don't do a damage walkthrough with you when you pick up the car nor when you drop it off and in the contract it says YOU are responsible for notifying them of any damage on the car before you drive it off the lot. Without the extra insurance and the video proof that the damage was already there before you took possession of the car they will slap you with a bogus damage claim. I've read a lot about this online from other people that have used SIXT and it seems a common business practice for them to advertise a low cost but slap you with bogus damage claims and hidden fees. Just pay a little extra and go with Enterprise, I've rented from them dozens of times and they've never charged me more than the initial estimate or sent me damage claims for the smallest of scratches.

The first times I rented from two different agents named Sarah, and most recently I rented from King. All three agents were polite, upbeat, and professional. The only hiccup I experienced was due to a fault in their computer system, and the agent was able to rectify the situation efficiently.I’ve been very happy with my experiences with Sixt at the Hyatt Regency, and I will look forward to turning to them for my future car rental needs.
