From start to finish, everything was seamless—but the real standout was Jay, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable. Jay was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. He walked me through the final charges, made sure I had no outstanding questions, and treated me like a VIP the entire time.The car itself was in great condition, but it's really the outstanding customer service—especially Jay's attentiveness and professionalism—that will keep me coming back to SIXT.Highly recommend this location, and if you have the chance to work with Jay, you're in excellent hands.

It’s always the same story with this company. You book a car in advance, then show up to pick it up — and that’s when the problems begin. The car isn’t available, and they start offering discounts or a different vehicle. But I know exactly what I booked, and I don’t want a discount or a different class of car. For them, this seems completely normal. While I was waiting for my car, several other customers were also complaining about the same issue.

Illegally took extra payment for fuel despite us returning the car with MORE fuel than we received it! Have since complained and received confirmation we will be refunded due to a ‘clerical error’. The final invoice was agreed when we returned the car so I think it’s more likely they just thought they could get away with charging us for fuel with the hope we wouldn’t notice! A whole tank’s worth which was over $100!The initial pick up experience with Kian was a complete mess to be honest. He was incredibly erratic and we were left very confused what was going on the whole time. He seemed very hyper and acted quite odd - put us both on edge. He also did not inform either of us that we should log any issues with the car through a QR code within the first hour of receiving it. No doubt this was deliberate.Car was great but very poor experience otherwise and double check your invoice if they randomly decide to send you another one!!!

BEWARE of Sixt – Damage Claim IssuesWe rented a car from Sixt for just under 24 hours. During that time, the vehicle was parked safely or in our direct line of sight, and we returned it in the same condition we received it. Days later, we were shocked to receive a claim accusing us of causing damage, specifically scratches on both the front and rear rims.What made this even more suspicious is that there were no scratches or damage elsewhere on the car, which raises serious doubts about when or how this damage actually occurred. It seems unlikely that two rims on opposite ends of the vehicle would be scratched without affecting any other part of the car, unless the damage occurred before or after our rental period.We are currently disputing the claim, but based on other reviews, we are not alone. There appears to be a pattern of similar complaints about unexplained damage claims. It’s troubling and stressful to deal with after an otherwise smooth rental experience.If you do rent from Sixt, document the car's condition thoroughly with photos and videos at both pickup AND return, even if the staff seems casual about it. This step might save you from a headache later.Hopefully Sixt makes this right, but the experience has left us feeling very frustrated and disappointed.
