This was the worst rental car place I’ve ever used! First, it is not located at the airport, then the location is not very clean or safe looking. They couldn’t find my reservation in their system, so I had to wait for them to find it. Then, they try to jack up the fees with toll prices and large security deposit. The wait time to rent your vehicle was unsatisfactory.The vehicle had dents, stained dirty seats and overall interior, and no window washing fluid. It was dangerous because it was raining and we couldn’t see.Once we returned it, they tried to charge us for the dents that were already on the vehicle. Thankfully we took our own photos, because they “conveniently” couldn’t find the photos they took before giving us the vehicle.I will never use them again, and I do not recommend anyone else using them!
