I told this company when I booked my ride, that because I was going to be put under for surgery, the office mandated that the driver stay in the lobby during the duration of the surgery. My driver got in a yelling match with the admin staff in the front office because he did not want to wait in the lobby.Would NEVER use this company again.

If it was up to me.....never mind but this company is very incompetent, I've been loyal to this company for a year now, constantly giving them the benefit of the doubt. This company didn't even have the audacity. To inform their patients that they are in transition of combining with the call care transposition team. I am A Hemo dialysis patient who attends dialysis 3 days out of the week. Which swift care is aware. My chair time is only 2 hours and 45 minutes which also the company is aware of, but constantly sends somebody an hour late or maybe an hour and a 1/2. And then when you call the company the they have an outside source of people answering the phones that you could I barely understand and all they keep telling you that they'll be there in 15 minutes, 30 minutes an hour, 2 hours. Bad enough SwiftCare doesn't come on time. But the call care transit company comes even more later. I really didn't wanna write this review today. But as I was reading other reviews today, I really noticed that most of the people that did the reviews are people that work or worked for the company, writing great things about the company instead of patients like me. For instance like Kenny, Luis and vahe they are no longer with the company. But Sandra reyni, and Christina are and they all wrote a review on here!!! If there's no integrity within the company, how do you expect patients to trust you? Now to be fair sandra, reyni, Alejandro, carlos, and goliat are the best employees of the company and i will miss you all and thank you for all you do.PS if a company uses an employee to write their own reviews that's a Major red flag in fact that means that they're hiding the public opinion and views just to make money and that's not how us the community should be treated! May 28, 2025 · Jose GomezNeeded to take my wheelchair bound mother to eye doctor and choose swift care for pick up and return trip. They came in beautiful new Toyota with rear ramp. They came early for pick up and was perfect timing for return trip. Sandra the driver was amazing and knew what she was doing. Also Mia in office was super and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and will use them again

I paid to have my mother picked up from the hospital and the driver showed up an hour late and my mom went around the hospital with nurses trying to find him after she had major heart surgery .What made it even worse is when I contacted the company I wasn’t offered any sort of refund or anything for their incompetence.
