DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Horrible service. YOU will end up paying wayyyyy more than youPlanned. They only take a handful of insurances, so they MAKE you buy theirs. NO MATTER WHAT. SO MANY HIDDEN FEES. GO to Zezgo for the same great deal, but no hidden costs!

Me and my wife unfortunately had a bad experience renting the vehicle with them, it's a shame that there was empathy with the staff since from the time they picked us up at the airport to the delivery of the vehicle and dropping us off again at the airport to return the staff was attentive, but the only bad thing about them is that they do not give truthful information when one is interested in renting a vehicle from them since they lied about the rental amounts, they did not give the insurance and pass amounts. It is understood that when renting this you must pay, but as in other companies, when you reserve, you choose online the type of insurance or coverage and the pass, and once the approximate amount is reflected for renting the type of car chosen, but when they offer as part of the down payment, a super offer if you reserve with an advance deposit, they give you an amount that they claim that everything is already included (which for no fool, EVERYTHING is all the additional costs), which in the end was not the case. When we wanted to speak with the person who offered us heaven and earth, they told us that he was not there. We decided there and then to continue with the rental, but what leaves us with a bad impression of this company, which is why we will never rent a car from them again, is that they promised us right there that the advance deposit was going to be refunded. We have been following their other lie for more than four months, since the “30” days of grace in case there are violations have passed. They fooled us that they would do it soon. To date we no longer have that money, but to make it clear this is called SCAM, what worries us is that if they did it with us, what happens if they do it with others, little by little the money they leave is a lot. I hope my comment is useful for those who plan to rent with them, I hope at least they think carefully about it, since I cannot guarantee that they do it with everyone or if they take advantage of those of us who go to Miami from another country and there is no point in returning to complain. We contacted them in the same way as we did before renting, but they told us that the department in charge of the refund does not answer calls. They are literally thieves. Just as they read it. Some thieves who charge you more than double what you reserve and do not give you your money back if you decide to go to another company. They stole my money. And the person who attends the greenmotion lacks professionalism, don't even think about booking here because they are simply going to rob you unless you want to pay 3 times what you have already agreed to in your reservation

They are the biggest thieves I have ever known, I arrived because the car was dirty, it wasn't ready, I couldn't wait, and when I told them to return the $150 deposit they didn't do it, they robbed me. What they gave me to understand is that they charge 150 dollars just to reserve, the cost of the car is separate, meaning that you end up paying what a car normally costs plus an additional 150 dollars. scammers
