I’m seeing signs of deterioration in their service level, cleaning facilities, quality of their cars, professionalism of their staff more and more scores the world.I write about a terrible experience I had with Avis Italy one or two years ago… and now it is their store in NY, JFK airport .Take a look at the pictures, Sunday, I’ve been waiting in line for 1.5 hrs, their facility is outdated, dirty, no seats for customers.If you go to another door, their competitors have no lines, their facility are clean, etc…These are signs that the company is not doing well….
