I visited the Avis Car Rental location at 300 Pleasant Grove Rd #330, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122 for uber which i got, i have being using the car for more than 3 months, and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Keren. Compared to my experiences with Hertz, Keren stands out as a true professional who goes above and beyond for customers.Even when there were no available cars for Uber rentals, Keren handled the situation with genuine kindness, humility, and a sense of remorse—something I truly appreciated. Her polite and respectful attitude made all the difference, unlike another rental location (Madison) where I was rudely told "not to call again."Keren’s dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched, and I highly recommend this Avis branch because of her and some other guy called "D" but he left the location but also Keren made me forget him. If you're looking for a rental experience with patience, honesty, and warmth, ask for Keren—she’s the best!

Reserved a rental in advance at this location and prepaid online only to get a voicemail from the Mount Juliet Avis 45 minutes before my pickup time informing me they had no cars at the location and that they had moved my reservation to a time slot 5 hours later. I called back and spoke with the representative who was short and told me to “just go to the airport” and when I requested documentation of the reservation change she informed me “they don’t need a change, it’s all the same system.” Wanting to verify this, I repeated back to her that I should just show up at the airport location (20 minutes further away) and tell them I had a reservation, which she confirmed. On my arrival at the airport, I conveyed this information to the representative who informed me “she was incorrect,” and that I would have to call customer service to either transfer the reservation (and pay the additional fees for the airport rate, etc.) or cancel the reservation with customer service and let her book a new reservation, also at the airport rate and with additional fees. In all, I was late departing for my trip and had to book with another service after having driven round trip nearly an hour just attempting to retrieve my Avis rental.I booked through NSNA and I was hoping for a better experience but was extremely disappointed and don’t plan to ever use my NSNA benefit for Avis again in the future.

Do not recommend. I reserved a car and did the prepaid. When I arrived, I was told that the car was not available and I would need to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle OR purchase additional insurance. The lady at the front desk said that she could not honor the prepaid car price or reservation and I had to upgrade or buy insurance if i wanted a car. They also charged me for prepaid gas and extra insurance, which I did not agree to.I called customer service and they stated that under no circumstances should I have to pay for an "upgrade" when i prepaid for a car and had a reservation. Customer service also stated that pushing both the upgrade and the insurance is a means for the Avis employee to make extra commission.Judging from other reviews, It seems that this is common practice at this Avis location.

I don’t normally leave reviews, which makes this review very deserving. When I visited Avis in Mt Juliet, I had the pleasure of meeting Karen, she went above and beyond to make sure I left that location with a rental. Great customer service is very rare these days, I can tell Karen enjoys her work, she is very personable, she wants to assist with the best possible outcome, and she cares. I will always bring my business to Avis My Juliet location in the future

Allowed me to book a reservation ahead of time, I showed up on the agreed upon date and time and they told me they just don't have any cars. None whatsoever. Zip. Zero. Zilch. Told me to go rent a car at the airport. If I wanted to do that then I wouldn't have chosen to get a ride in this dingy scummy place. Guess I'll have to choose a competitor for my travel needs going forward.
