( This is important to know ).So upon me traveling to the destination I got a flat in my tire… now I didn’t pay for roadside assistance so I knew I either had to buy a new tire or change out the tire with a spare tire myself…. Well… when I went to a Tire shop that was about to close a technician told me that upon looking at the flat tire on the passenger rear he noticed the tire was balder than Vin Diseal’s Head and that he could even see the wire coming out of the tire… He even brought up how practically bald the other rear tire as well and to be EXTREMELY careful…So yes, Budget gave me a rental vehicle with two bald rear tires knowing that I was going to go cross country from Florida to Oregon. The drive is 44 hours total…So I switched out the tire for a spare and called Budget the next day, an agent who could care less of the inconvenience and safety concern this posed just told me if I were to need roadside assistance then k would still need to pay for it MYSELF despite them putting me in this situation…I get a call an hour later ( I guess she still spoke to her manager not sure ) and Roadside assistance from Budget calls me telling me that if I do need roadside assistance at any point they will provide it at NO EXTRA COST.So fast forward to me being 10 minutes away from the destination I was intending to be at and I’m in the middle of a snowstorm… slipstreamed and both rear tires COMPLETELY BLOW OUT. I’m fine and all my stuff is fine so I call Budget again and they said they would send a Tow Truck service out and provide me with a Uber voucher so I can still head to my location I was originally intending to…You would think it ends there… sadly no and that’s exactly why I’m writing this review now.I recently have been getting texts that I was STILL in possession of the vehicle and that any more delays would cause an escalation on their behalf… well as of today I got a text saying law enforcement would get involved her soon if I “ don’t return the vehicle “… as I told the agent today, that is pure harassment and I’m very frustrated I have to be threatened despite already having a bad experience due to their negligence… the agent I spoke to today was the manager and at first he seemed concerned but as the conversation went on a big longer he REALLY wanted to get off the phone and was being completely short with me ( customer service experience is abysmal, I even waited an hour and a half to speak to the manager and that’s the type of tone I’m being presented how laughable ).Previous to speaking to the manager, I was told by an agent that I would HAVE to pay for the towing service that was provided…When mentioning this to the manager he told me that the case was being handled by the escalation team and that they would seemingly close out the case by this coming Tuesday or Wednesday… But here’s the other issue, he himself couldn’t even tell me if I would be charged for anything more! I mean! I was even sent the rental agreement on March 21ST again and you would think that since the vehicle got towed on March 18th that the rental agreement being sent was the nail in the coffin, but nope, the manager tells me that I would more than likely be receiving a billing letter and should there be any extra charges to call them again and it would be resolved…Nothing has truly be resolved it seems like. The manager doesn’t really know much and can’t even assure me whether or not I would be charged anything more like how one of the agents before ASSURED me…It’s a circus with this company and since having to wait 40 minutes with no one at the front desk when initially picking up this vehicle… well… that should have been my sign to turn around and never look back.I’ve rented with other companies before in the U.S. and NEVER had as miserable of an experience with renting. Never again.

I needed a vehicle for a seminar weekend in Orlando and the Miami the next day. The vehicle I recieved within a hour of our trip notify me of a 3% oil. Being a female with another female at 12am our only option was to leave the car and then call for help in the morning. I called for help but none of the rental places were open just roadside assistance, they help towed the car then I picked ups a new one in Orlando. This was a complete mess and hassle no one knew what to do or where the old vehicle was located or who towed it , I called this location to express my concerns and was disrespected by Mohammed. He informed me that he had customers to attend to and told me the car has oil in for me to cont with my trip both agents had no recognitions of the situation they had put me in. I wasted a whole trip and paid for everything, I missed all my seminars and business opportunities. I had to pay for tolls, gas etc for this trip that turned out completely pointless. The car I originally got I waited an hour for they never even checked to see if it was functional or even tested the vehicle, I had to do so much just to make it back home. I couldn’t even get a sorry my apologies, keep this in mind before renting from any place. These ppl don’t care about your life do your due diligence to make sure you and your family is safe, because this situation could have went south in so many ways. All they went is your money this location barely has cars, and there very crappy with many fictional issues. The airport is much better. Just an fyi if you need help with there vehicles save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. These ppl don’t care about you or your families safety they just want your money for there crapped vehicles.P.S there’s no maneger on site both men there advised me that there cars are different from other car so when the car has n issue we’re suppose to ignore it and cont on with our trips. I would expect them to be very cooperative in making accommodations, but when I asked about getting a similar size vehicle they want to charge me 3x my original reservation price. This really complicated my travel plans, would not use budget again
