★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was overcharged. I returned the vehicle along with car seat and a full tank of gas with no discrepancies from how I picked it up, but was not reimbursed the $200 security that I was told I would be at the time of pick up, and the invoice gave no clarity as to why. The car they provided also had the oil & filter change light on the ENTIRE rental period (like from the moment of pick up). Additionally, I was provided unclear and contradictory information from the employees when dropping off the car - the guy who checked the mileage told me to take out the car seat and return it to the kiosk where I initially picked it up, but when I did so the lady over there said I was supposed to leave it in the car because that’s how they know it’s returned but then said that she would take it for me and glanced at the info card from pick up, but didn’t write anything down (she said it was fine because there was no license plate on it?) - I probably should have gotten further confirmation at that point but was in a rush to catch our flight. I haven’t been able to call and inquire yet as the business hours have not been suitable given this was not on my todo list for returning home from vacation. Overall, I would not recommend this business to anyone based on the stress this situation has already caused me.
Jul 09, 2025 · ericaI wont even go into the pushy nature around selling the insurance and how they react when you say no. I rented an Expedition to take my daughter and her friends to their prom. Upon driving the Expedition back to my office 8 miles away, I noticed it pulling in one direction, after looking over the vehicle, one of the tires was at 62psi (max is 44psi for the tire), and another was at 30. The tire that was inflated over the max inflation also had a break in the rim at the beaded. I corrected the inflation and checked that it could maintain the seal given the rims condition. I drove it home and started checking over the rest of the vehicle and found two seat belts that wouldn't fasten.I found that they had debris in them preventing them from latching, so I had to clean them out so they would function. Beyond the safety issues with the vehicle, it was apparent upon looking around the back that it wasn't cleaned very well, as I found clumps of dog hair inbetween, under and around the rear seats. Also many of the drink holders appeared to have something sticky in them. As I had rented the vehicle to take my daughter and her friends to their prom, I ended up spending 2 and a half hours spot cleaning the vehicle front to back, inside and out. Although I didn't have time to detail it fully, I spent much time and money to make the vehicle semi presentable to take my daughter and her friends to their prom. All the scrapes and defects could not be corrected with cleaning. I returned the vehicle a day early and presented the issues to the attendant upon returning it, they listened, but it was apparent that there was nothing going to be done, as they didn't take down any notes and just nodded and said have a good day - obviously just trying to get.me.to go on my way. I can honestly say that I returned the vehicle in 100x better condition than I picked it up.
Apr 27, 2025 · George BestI will never rent from this company again. They gave me a car that smelled of marijuana and had stains on all of the seats. I notified the guard before leaving the airport and he said he notified my account of the condition of the car. I have rented hundreds of cars and always return them in better shape than I got them. In addition, I have never smoked anything. Three days after returning the car with a full tank of gas and not an ounce of trash in the car, they charge me a $450 cleaning fee!!! Do yourself a favor and rent from anyone else, but this company. They are by far the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life.
May 19, 2025 · A TWorst Experience Ever – Avoid Renting From Here!I rented a car from Nashville airport, and it was absolutely disgusting. The trunk was filled with broken glass, and the back seat had vomit from a dog. I ended up cutting my hand while cleaning it. When I contacted customer service, they just gave me a reference number and did nothing to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable, and I will never rent from this company again!
Dec 27, 2024 · Dr. A “DA”I had to rent a car there because airline canceled our flight to Knoxville and we ended up driving. I reserved an SUV previous day, when we arrived they didn't have one. We ended up in a mini van. On the phone night before I was quoted around 180 dollars. I ended up being charged over 260 dollars. We opted to let them put gas in it when we returned it because we were trying to get it back before midnight. This way we could avoid an extra day. The car was way under the half tank on the gauge. They charged me for the fulll capacity of fuel for this vehicle. When dropping the vehicle off, before midnight I might add, the young man on duty had me put keys in a drop box. They must have not checked it in until the next day because I was charged a late fee. I called customer service and explained my problems. I was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Four business days later I received an email receipt with the late fee removed. I haven't had to rent a car in a long time, doubt it'll be a Budget next time.
