We had a standing 2-month reservation [January-February 2025] with Fox. Upon arrival at Fox we were shoveled off to this off airport property rental car company, Car Rental Cafe in Little Italy. Shuttle service was provided. Not sure of the business relationship between Fox and Car Rental Cafe, but the way we were redirected by Fox was weird. That’s another story. As for Car Rental Cafe they basically performed well in all respects. Key points: they met the price quote provided by Fox; they delivered a new low mileage clean car to us that worked flawlessly; they were available and transparent to deal with [when we considered returning the car early they readily disclosed the daily penalty for early return]; we read all of the negative reviews after taking possession of the rental car so we took extra care to clean the car both inside and out and fuel the car and return it on time and the return experience went well and we received our security deposit back immediately upon return. No complaints at all with the Car Rental Cafe experience from start to finish. And despite all of the complaints we read about iffy transportation to the airport after drop off, the shuttle van was readily available for us and we were dropped promptly at our terminal. All went well. Pay attention to your rental agreement details and take good care of the car and follow instructions and you should do well with Car Rental Cafe. The folks we interacted with were all helpful, professional and customer service oriented. No complaints.Fox will get a separate review.

The car I reserved online was not what I received, they tried to push the additional coverage even after stating I didn't want it. I have never been asked for proof of insurance (with the larger companies) and they were insistent until I almost cancelled. I should have cancelled!! The tire got a nail somewhere in Marana and it was not covered like it would have been with the well known companies. The only good thing about this experience was that after paying for a new tire a light went on and they were willing to give me a different vehicle. NEVER AGAIN, will I do business here. STICK WITH THE LARGER, BETTER COMPANIES.

The small shop is in Little Italy on India St. Just read your instructions closely. ***They had very friendly counter staff, helped us with an issue caused by booking.com, and the shuttle driver was very nice and helpful also.

Few days after dropping off the car i see on my report that they took money from my account without my knowledge with no explaination , i try to reach them but nobody pick up or email back. Not onlt did they took more money from my account but i was also accused by one lady there of breaking a tire when in fact the gentleman helping me told me that this was there way before I rented the car.
