Your representative informed me there were no cars available and even advised me to look elsewhere, saying I was second on the waiting list.Eventually, she offered me a minivan at the 52nd Street location and said I had to pay for the upgrade, even though the lack of the reserved vehicle was not my fault. Once we got car —-windows and exterior of car was filthy. Smells like dog too!!! Every time we’ve rented a car in 40+ years, the car always looks brand new . NEVER AGAIN!

We even paid extra to return to a different city, after waiting 2 hours because the car wasn’t ready and the “freely updated” car was being cleaned. They never updated the return time to the time we ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE CAR, and then charged us double for it later along with a bunch of additional fees. Customer service is impossible. I’m NEVER renting from this company again. Liars and the shadiest business practices I’ve ever experienced. No one to speak to. Trust me, it’s not cheaper to go with them.Unless you want to email me and find a solution and actually DO BETTER, don’t bother responding to this review with some BS about how you’re “striving to do better”

(But wait it get worse)After locating & walking 3 miles to actually find the right place the Desk Representative informed me that they were out of full size vehicles, which was fine, she gave me a mid size but tried to charge me the full size rate.(Not on my watch also keep in mind this woman's attitude the entire time was garbage)And when I let her know she needs to charge me the proper amount for the car her attitude only got worse.I receive the only car available at the time. It was NOT CLEANED & smelled like something was rotting or dying which smelled up the entire car.Never again... 0 StarzThen I try to make a serious complaint online & the site refuses to let me submit....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
