I have been a loyal customer for Enterprise for over 15 years and I have never experienced such good service throughout that time. There is a customer service representative named Daniel in the Nottingham location That went above and beyond any experience. I had when Enterprise before he showed a lot of professionalism. Listen to all of my concerns and gave a can-do attitude. His effort went above and beyond to accommodate I truly believe Daniel is an asset to Enterprise for his professionalism and his Customer Service and knowledge The whole experience deserve five star because of Daniel I would definitely recommend Enterprise Nottingham location to family and friends
Jun 19, 2025 · Mark HarrisRented a car, the car would not start when I when I was leaving from on call for emergency medical cases on Memorial day. The Enterprise respondant told me to get in and use the key to press the ignition with foot on brake, I did so and then none of the car doors would unlock or let me out and the car windows would not roll down. The car was unresponsive on this hot day in full sun with me locked inside. Eventually I got out. They said for $55. They would provide roadside assistance. I told them I feel unsafe driving the car after the lock in- they offered I could drive 45 minutes to BWI airport, then that person hung up on me when there didn'tseem to be an easy resolution. I had no idea what the next plan were then. Then an AAA van did call to say on way, came and said car battery appeared to be having problems and with noticeable corrosion on battery and that if the battery did not function the windows and doors would lock. He said it would drive now but when I turned off the car it may not restart. I drove with windows down and left car at Enterprise. I'm still on call for emergencies and Enterprise knows it.

Both times I rented they went out of their way to pick me up and the Driver named Skip is so nice and it was such a pleasure to be driven by him. Another Driver helped me carry my groceries after a bag tore and was really cool too. The cars are very clean and well maintained. The location is very well managed and the employee that handled the pick up of my rental explained everything clearly and is a very knowledgeable person about the company and could answer all of my questions like the rest of their staff. I would definitely recommend them and they would be my first choice if I need another car rental.
Mar 05, 2025 · David RohrsDon't rent a car from here, ended up stranded twice, the first time they were supposed to replace the car after jump starting it, never called or came to replace it.The next day it died again and now they wanna charge 50$ jumpstart while having made no effort to fix it.I've had better luck renting from random small companies, absolutely awful service. Just put 5 stars so the review would be seen.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with unwelcoming energy, especially from one associate—a bald man with a goatee (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). He began racially profiling us right away, giving us snobby and dismissive looks, seemingly because my father has a heavier accent and I was helping him with the transaction.While we were in the middle of being assisted, the associate abruptly told us to wait and proceeded to help four other customers before returning to us. I tried to ask another associate for assistance, just to find out which car we were getting, since my dad is only comfortable driving a sedan. Instead of helping, the same man kept telling me to “sit down” and that we would “see the car when it gets here.”Once the vehicle was ready, he finally came over. I asked a simple question—“Is it a sedan?”—and he rolled his eyes and snapped, “It’s a car.” I tried to clarify by saying I just wanted to know if it was a sedan or SUV, and he rudely repeated, louder this time, “I SAID it’s a CAR.” Even other customers noticed how rude he was being and kindly told me it was a midsize car.This whole interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly, felt discriminatory. I can’t imagine how my father would’ve been treated had I not been there to advocate for him. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this location.
