I was patient cause i know how it is. So we head outside and he shows me the car which is not even clean or what i reserved. Mind you it’s for my birthday. Didn’t offer me anything else except to wait even longer for a car a customer just returned before we just headed out. I couldn’t wait so i had to leave. never offered anything to fix the issue. never again
