They also gave me a car with a strong cigarette smell, it seems that the car was only washed on the outside, I came back to exchange it, but the one they gave me had pet hair all over, I kept the car because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes, the only good about that place is the staff.

I called and got a rental the same day. The person I dealt with was very helpful and nice. It was a relief after my car was not drive-able. The car was full of gas. They worked with my insurance company. I returned it with no hassle . Just waiting on my deposit to make it back into my account. I would use them again

TRAVELED WITH AN INFANT IN AN UNSAFE VEHICLEOn Sunday, December 8th I waited over an hour to retrieve a vehicle from the Waterbury location which was also unapologetic or unaccommodating with the long wait times. Once I retrieved the Jeep Wagoneer, I drove for approximately 45 minutes on the highway before the vehicle became too unsafe to drive. The vehicle began overheating and I could only travel at a speed below 50. I attempted to call the branch 7 times for guidance beginning at 11 o’clock while on the side of the highway. I also, simultaneously contacted roadside assistance they then responded by telling me I was to leave the car on the side of the highway and instructed me to contact 911 to get me off the highway. I explained to them that I was traveling with an infant and that would be too unsafe we then agreed that I would get off the nearest exit less than a mile away from where I was into a safer location in a park and ride. At this present time it is now around 12 o’clock no answer from the branch that is now closed. The roadside assistance told me that I was to stay with the vehicle until a tow arrived however, I again reminded them that I was traveling with a small child. They sent me an urgent Uber that took me to the Bradley Airport Enterprise location to get another vehicle, however, I was not informed that I would be unable to get a vehicle that would accommodate my original need. I then returned to the vehicle that was in the park in tow. At this point, It’s beginning to get dark putting me in another unsafe situation. I contacted roadside assistance that I would be leaving the vehicle with one door unlocked. They agreed and the tow did not arrive until 830pm I was alerted when they arrived on site. The next morning on Monday, December 9th I was contacted by roadside assistance at 7 AM who informed me that the tow had taken the Jeep Wagoneer to a different location and I was to contact the organization to put in a new tow to have the vehicle relocated. I informed them that that was not part of my obligation. At 8 AM I contacted the Waterbury branch I called a total of four times and still did not receive an answer and then contacted customer service around 8:45 AM who took my information sent an email to branch managers and was assured that I would be a priority and receive a callback. I never received a call. I returned the car hours later that night and was unable to talk to anyone at the branch. The next day Tuesday at 8 AM I tried contacting the Waterbury location again still received no answer to inform them of what had happened and to let them know that I had returned a different vehicle than the original agreement. Due to no response, I then contacted customer service again. They assured me again that I would receive a phone call back within 24 hrs and would be a priority. I still have not received a phone call to rectify the incident.

Picked up a Malibu for a 1 day rental on Friday afternoon. The car was clean on the outside, and wiped down on the inside, yet the car smelled like the previous renters smoked hella blunts in there with the windows rolled up. It smelled so disgusting inside the car, we had to have the windows rolled down the entire time.Def won't be using the waterbury location ever again. I have never had this problem renting from Turo. If I ever find myself in the position to need to rent a car again, Enterprise will not be on my go to list.When I brought the car back and I informed them of the smell, all they can say was Sorry. The guy who took the car back was also the same guy who went and brought the car up front to me so he clearly know the car smelled like that when he gave it to me. No excuse, absolutely disgusting. They have a no smoking policy, yet they clearly dont enforce it.

They have wonderful workers then they have the know it alls even after telling them the correct information they act like ur an idiot but management is better to deal with. I try not to use this location because it is dysfunctional and rarely have cars that you reserved. Make sure to take video of vehicle before and after drop off for your protection.
