Easy and friendly experience from the moment I arrived to pick up my rental, seamless assistance when I needed to extend my rental for two days, fair prices and knowledgeable, helpful staff. I would highly recommend this location for rental cars, and I'd be happy to come back if I need a car in the future.

I have waited well over 90 days before posting this review, as I wanted to ensure all the paperwork "drama" and items were returned to us. I am giving the short version of what we went through otherwise this will be a novel by the time I am done. We spent more time exchanging out vehicles than we did enjoying our vacation! If you have to use this branch, make sure to get names of every employee you interact with and pictures as proof. DO NOT expect the manager, Logan, to do his job either. He is more concerned with his job title than actually doing his job or ensuring customer satifisfaction. He kept telling me to call the branch where I picked up the vehicle from. Um, that branch is over 2,000 miles away, what are they going to do???? This branch was asked by another branch to upgrade our vehicle due to our situation and he refused. We ended up exchanging out 4 rental vehicles before getting a working vehicle. Instead of him dealing with us from start to finish, he pawned us off onto other associates, as he was too busy (there were 3 other people waiting and they were in the same party). After asking numerous times if we were all set and they didn't need anything further from us we left. 20 min later the branch manager, Logan, calls and says we need to return to the branch as they didn't have our credit card on file. He couldn't get it to process over the phone and he wanted to send us to another branch closer to our next destination. He advised us he had called that branch and they would be expecting us, shocker, he lied. That branch manger had never even heard of him and had no clue we were coming. Their credit card machine had been down all day.If they kept him in that role as manager, I hope they retrain him!!! To make matters worse, 3 days after getting back I receive an email from their claims department saying this branch had file an accident/damage claim for the 1st vehicle we were given!!!!!LONG and PAINFUL story short, customer satisfaction is NOT a priority to them! Sadly, don't expect much from their cooperate office either! Took over 30 days to get everything situated.Knowing what I know now I would have taken pictures of each of the vehicles we went through. The photos I have posted are just a small picture of the headache we went through.

I showed up and I Darius as my representative and man... this was the best customer service I have ever received! He went above all expectations and got me in the perfect rental. They need to promote this man because he knows how to look out for the customers!

May 28, 2024 · Karun Chowdary(February, 2025) Needed a last minute car rental due to primary vehicle in the shop - got there right before closing and the rental agent was very kind, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until the next day when I was taking my daughter to school, when she went to get in the passenger side, she noticed the seat had a pretty nasty stain on it and would not sit there (I really didn't blame her either!), so she sat in the back and then noticed that there was a fast food container lid on the floor!! It was pretty obvious this vehicle had not been turned over properly, but we only needed it briefly so we kept it - turned out we needed an extra day due to primary vehicle took an extra day in the shop...adding an extra day was easy and quick to do online! Upon returning the vehicle, I made sure to let the agent who was accepting the return know about the front passenger seat stain and the food container in the back and stated that this vehicle obviously had not been cleaned in between customers. That was all I had to say and the agent immediately called over the manager and told him about it and the manager was quick to adjust our rental price from what ended up being a 3 day charge to a 1 day charge and said that we would be taken care of on our next rental at that location as well!! Overall, this was a good experience - all the staff we encountered were very nice; they accommodated us in a pinch; and even though the rental obviously had not been cleaned (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) they made it right and were kind and efficient doing that as well, and I appreciate that they acknowledged the error and offered compensation with no problem.
