★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This location is very dishonest. I was put in a rental by the at fault insurance company due to getting my car repaired from an accident. The car that I was driving at the time of the accident only carried PIP insurance ( FL required insurance only) in which Interprise was made aware of this coverage before I pulled off there rental lot ( my declaration page was sent over to the office). I agreed to the $50.00 hold fee and was told by the agent (Joshua) I would be charged $26.99 for 1 day only for comp/collision until they reach out to the covering insurance company for them to take over the cost for the daily liability insurance. I was told by Joshua if the at fault insurance company wasn't willing to pay for the daily insurance that I would get a call back notifying me and I would have an option to bring the car back to get a lesser car ( whatever that meant ). Needless to say I didn't get a call back notifying me that they couldn't reach the insurance company but instead 2 days later they billed my card for $81.00 without my authorization or notification. I reached back out questioning this charge and I was told I would get reimbursed once the insurance company agreed to paying the daily charge. Interprise never talked the insurance company but was willing to keep charging my card without my authorization. I had to have a block placed on my card to stop them for billing me for this insurance. When I turned the rental car back in I was told that my agreement was pending closed due to the balance on the account for over $300.00. I was told by Interprise if I didn't pay it they would send my account to collections. I asked all the right questions before leaving that lot because I didn't want any problems because I knew they had access to my credit card. I did put in a formal complaint to the corporate office, hopefully I can get some help.- very dishonest practices

In the one hour it took to receive a smaller vehicle....four other people including myself were told at the counter that their reserved vehicles were no longer available. What is the point of making a reservation? Super long wait for the vehicle as it wasn't even cleaned or ready. False advertising at its best. Go elsewhere.

It didn’t work out the way we had hoped but I greatly appreciate the effort that was put in.People need to remember that the employees are just following the companies policies and they are not your personal punching bag to your bad day. It burns to know end when you see someone doing ALL they can do to help with in their power and people are just nasty. These people do not make enough money to deal with people like that. If you read these Enterprise, Garrett needs a raise and a bonus and yall need a better system. You don’t find people like him very often anymore.

We come for pick up and they have some small car that we did not ask for . We waited and waited now they told us to drive way across town to get a suv they may have. Now keep in mind we were supposed to be on the road to South Carolina for a funeral that morning. The staff at this location had no kind of sympathy. I asked why didn't someone call to let us know they didn't have what we asked for ? The girl with the short dark hair with glasses said oh I didn't work last night . But they open at 7:30 am and we were there 8:45am . So whoever worked last night didn't have the courtesy to call? We won't be back at this location at all. We spoke to the manager Anthony at the Orange Park location and he was very kind and he apologize saying they didn't do their job, but they will . So he told us he will take care of us and get us on the road. We definitely won't be back at the 4303 Atlantic Blvd location. The staff their is not good at all with customer service and honestly don't care if you get a car from them or not. Manager was not friendly or helpful over there either. I picked up on his vibes. He was more concerned with others than fixing our issues and we were there before them. We definitely won't be returning to that location!!! Staff needs to take a customer service class or something.

Full size incase they didn't have the luxury.Didn't have either vehicle available had an "upgrade " compact suv she could have easy swapped me into and been on my way. She's trying to charge extra for the vehicle when they are the ones that don't have either class vehicle I booked.Waiting an whole hour she finally gets " manager approval " to give it at the same rate.Got there at 9am and didn't leave until 10am.I'm a platinum member at enterprise they swap cars all the time at no extra charge when they don't have the vehicle you ordered. This lady would not do it.Wanted to charge me more. Not good business at all.
