He claimed he had been trying to reach us every week with no response, yet I have documented proof that this is completely false.We were consistently making payments each week via credit card, and I have full records to support this—including credit card receipts, phone logs, and records of every call and conversation from the beginning. Justin was fully aware of the insurance complications and initially expressed understanding that we were paying out-of-pocket while actively disputing the situation with the insurance company once they stopped issuing payments.It now appears that once Justin came under internal pressure for allowing the balance to carry, he attempted to cover himself by shifting blame onto us. Instead of taking responsibility, he misrepresented the situation and falsely claimed that we were unreachable.I have numerous witnesses who can confirm otherwise, including Doug, the owner of Hassle Auto Body, who I am personally close with and who was present for many of the conversations between myself, my fiancé, and Justin. Doug is fully aware of the situation and has expressed that he too will be treading lightly with Enterprise moving forward. He brings a substantial amount of business to your company, and I can confidently say that Justin’s behavior has cost you far more than just our account.I will never use Enterprise again, and I will make sure others are made aware of how we were treated so they can avoid having the same experience. I truly believe in holding businesses accountable when they operate with dishonesty, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here.

Jul 07, 2025 · Sajjad HaqTHE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES. I made a reservation on June 16 for a July 7 Pick up. I arrived on July 7 and waited 20 minutes because the vehicle wasn't cleaned yet. When the vehicle was ready, I noticed it was not what I booked or paid for. It was much smaller. I was told-"no, this is what you booked". While waiting for the "cleaning", other cistomers who were coming in were being offered vechiles similar to what I booked and yet, i was downgraded. I had no choice at that point due to travel and having a check in time at our destination. When I returned the vehicle, I expressed that I was unhappy with the car and the service. I was assured that a manager would get back to me and as of 11a Monday- 3 days later- no call. I called in to inquire what changes would be made to the charges and was told the manager is out sick. Again, no communication. I have to say this is a convienent location because of where I live but I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. TOTAL SCAMMERS WHO DO NOT CARE.

It was very easy to book online & I showed up a little early the following day for pick up & was helped immediately. The car I got was clean inside & out. The staff was there to answer any questions before I left with it. They even checked in on me the next day! I ended up bringing the loaner back sooner than I thought & it was very easy to adjust my drop off date online / on the app.

The staff - the morning crew of 8/28/24 - I wished I remembered their names, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Checking in and picking up the car took only a few minutes, and they provided clear instructions and helpful information. The car was in excellent condition, and returning it was just as smooth as pickup. Overall, this was one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had—fast, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommend!
