I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I feel it is important for management both at the local and corporate level to be fully aware of the unacceptable practices and lack of basic customer care I experienced.When I first reserved my vehicle, I was provided with a clear quote and signed an agreement outlining the expected charges. However, when it came time to finalize my rental, I was shocked to discover that the original price had been changed without any reasonable explanation. The lack of transparency in the billing process was both frustrating and concerning.What made this situation even worse was the complete absence of accountability and basic courtesy from the staff and management at this location. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, I was met with indifference, dismissive attitudes, and no genuine effort to address my concerns. It was made painfully clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.I have rented vehicles from various companies for many years and have never encountered such blatant disregard for a signed agreement or for the customer’s time and trust. In today’s competitive market, I expect a company of Enterprise’s stature to uphold its promises, honor its agreements, and treat its customers with respect.I sincerely hope that this review reaches someone at Enterprise who still believes in delivering fair pricing, honoring commitments, and providing the level of service that customers deserve. I want to sincerely thank Darren Trammell, the associate at this location, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a truck for our trip to North Carolina for my son's tournament.We had secured a reservation a few days before our departure, but unfortunately, when it was time to pick up the vehicle, we were informed that the previous customer had extended their reservation. Darren checked several locations in search of an alternative but was initially unable to find a comparable vehicle.Just when we thought we might not be able to make the trip, Darren called to let us know that a truck had just been returned and would be ready in 20 minutes.Darren, we truly appreciate your professionalism, outstanding customer service, and the genuine care you showed in making sure we were taken care of. Thank you again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this enterprise location on June 5th. I rented a luxury vehicle at the airport on Monday but unfortunately got a flat tire yesterday. The representative I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful, arranging a tow truck and directing me to pick up a new vehicle.However, my experience at the pickup location was frustrating. The gentleman assisting me was busy with two other customers, which I understood, but after acknowledging my presence, he became unresponsive for nearly an hour. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, he admitted he didn’t know how to process the switch and needed to call for help. While I appreciated his effort, I noticed he interrupted my transaction to assist others who arrived after me.When he finally returned, I asked about the replacement vehicle and was told I would receive a Mitsubishi. I was disappointed as I had rented a luxury car. Despite mentioning that I saw an Audi being returned, he insisted he couldn’t rent it to me. When I suggested canceling the agreement due to the vehicle not meeting my expectations, he told me I could return it to the airport but couldn’t make any changes on his end. He asked if that was ok and I said yes.After spending over two hours in the location, I asked about the vehicle and he stated “you said you wanted to cancel it.” I said you asked me if that was ok and I said I’ll keep the vehicle… He then felt the need to go back and forth with me which was extremely unprofessional.I felt I received a subpar vehicle, which seemed intentional. The lack of empathy and engagement from the representative, along with his argumentative demeanor, made me feel undervalued as a customer.As someone who has spent thousands of dollars with your company, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I hope management takes the time to train staff on proper customer service for all customers, not just those they deem deserving.

Shady place to rent cars. I booked a reservation almost a month ago for a great rate. When I showed up to rent the car. Classic bait and switch. They refused to honor the price. They then tried to charge me an extra $300 over the rate I had via Priceline. Avoid at all costs unless you like being extorted and taken advantage of.

I’ve been picking up from this location the past few months and don’t think I’ll continue and switch to Avis. Darren at the front desk is always helpful but he is usually the only one working. It takes over an hour to get a reserved car. Calling ahead doesn’t help since he has no time to answer the phone with how constantly busy it is. Whatever overhead is choosing to save money over staffing properly is the problem.
