Before heading out, I called to confirm the address and pickup time, and was told everything was correct and that I could come early. When I arrived, not only was I at the wrong location, but they also had no vehicle for me. Thankfully, an employee at that location offered to drive me to the correct branch.Upon arrival at the correct location, I was met by Alexis Wright, the Assistant Branch Manager. I calmly explained the situation, but was immediately met with unwarranted attitude and blame. She insisted that no one told me to arrive at that time—despite the fact that I had called to confirm everything. I left to grab lunch and returned at the reservation time, only to find the same hostile attitude from Alexis and still no vehicle ready.Eventually, she offered me an “exchange vehicle” that another customer had refused. I accepted only because I had no other option. The car was absolutely disgusting—no gas, stained and dirty seats, and it smelled like a wet dog. Completely unacceptable.This experience was a total failure on multiple levels: poor communication, complete lack of accountability, a filthy vehicle, and appalling customer service. Enterprise failed to uphold even the most basic standards of professionalism and cleanliness.As for Alexis Wright, her attitude was unacceptable for anyone—let alone someone in a management position.
