DO NOT ASSUME BECAUSE YOU HAVE A RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION YOU WILL GET A CAR!I rented a "Premium SUV Ford Expedition EXT." I had five adults, luggage and a handicap scooter. I spoke to the location three times in between booking and the day of. I was NEVER told there was a possibility a car wouldn't be available. The morning I was picking up, the assistant manager Austin, called to say we "may or may not have a car for you" at 9:30 am. He happens to be the most NON-PROFESSIONAL individual I have ever dealt with. My husband, myself and one other person began frantically trying to find another car. Between my husband and I, we called their corporate offices to file complaints, pleading for help, at least 10x. Not one person from Enterprise has yet to return a call. At 4:00, I told Austin I was going to have a stroke. He said, "You need to stop saying that right now. You are getting on my nerves and I'm tired of hearing you say it. I'm working on this." He also shared what a horrible company Enterprise is. He said they were still booking vehicles they do not have available! At 4:15, I was finally given the option of a regular Expedition or a 12 passenger van. He could not tell me the cargo size of the Expedition so we went with the van due to having the scooter. It was a disaster! It was 11 ft tall. It was so loud and rattled, the doors didn't feel like they shut. It was a diesel and uncomfortable. We could not go through any drive thru's or park in any parking garage in downtown Louisville!! We had to park in open lots and track back and forth. I have called the corporate office and the Northville office at least 6x today. No one called back. Not one person could give a care! I am posting this everywhere we can until I get this resolved!I will NEVER use NORTHVILLE ENTERPRISE EVER AGAIN!

A lady in front of me was from New York, was there with her two small kids for her reservation. He had no car for her - which sucks, but his attitude was so poor. He did not seem to care at all and told her either she could google solutions or he could so she should just do it. I then stepped up for my reservation. I was in a car accident Sunday and my insurance set me up with the car for yesterday. I talked to him twice yesterday and in the morning and at 3 and he said sorry he had no vehicles. I said no problem, I’ll be flexible and he said for sure today at noon I’d have something. It was 12 when I got there and he said he had nothing for me and acted like we hadn’t spoked. I had to be persistent that it was his job to figure out a solution and not mine. He spent two minutes typing on the computer and found a car at Livonia. Had he had some manners and basic customer service skills and focused on a solution, he’d have two customers that were understanding rather than two customers who were extremely unhappy. Completely unacceptable behavior and service. Get a new manager for this place ASAP.

The person helping us, who stated he was also a manager was not helpful and rude. He did give us feedback but he was extremely snarky and saying that we were an inconvenience. When I said I'd like his name to file a complaint he said that he cannot give his name. We did stay around and found out his name is Sergio (don't know spelling). If anyone knows how to file an employee complaint form I'd like to but I cannot find. We have had multiple poor experiences at this location and I did not like the service.

Weeks later, they called and left a voicemail asking if we’d be willing to change our vehicle due to overbooking, but we didn’t respond because we needed that specific vehicle and continued receiving confirmation emails. When I called today to confirm for pick-up on Friday (after receiving a confirmation email 3 days ago), I was told our reservation was canceled because we didn’t call back. Apparently, it's our fault that their systems don’t communicate properly. Terrible experience.

Called the office number and was on hold for 10+ minutes without anyone answering. There was a lady in front of me that said she had been waiting there for 10 minutes before I arrived and she hadn’t seen anyone either.Picking up a rental car shouldn’t be an hour long endeavor
