There was also Another guy inside I think his name started with an S?, he was also really nice and friendly. We rented an 8 passenger SUV, 4 moms with 4 teens going to Orlando for a couple of days. They were kind, attentive, considerate, and helpful. They took the time to explain all the details and my concerns were all addressed. I highly recommend anybody who wants a five star, red carpet service filled with smiles on the face experience to please check them out. This location makes other locations look very badly for they were that good.

Disregard for any type of customer service that I experienced today at enterprise. Rent-A-Car on 1/46 and Sheridan Street. I rented a large pick up truck for our Father’s Day weekend down in the Florida Keys and when I showed up to pick up the vehicle at 8 AM this morning I was told sorry Matt we don’t have that vehicle and basically I will call you later on today if we get something. This place should have an in-depth review done by the corporate offices of enterprise Rent-A-Car they are horrible at what they do and they don’t care at all about customer service building relationships in the community being reliable and showing any type of compassion for their customers.

During the rental, our phones and wallet became jammed in the center radio console stack. To make things worse, the vehicle wouldn’t start, leaving us stranded at a hotel for over three days. This significantly disrupted our trip and delayed our ability to return the vehicle. When we finally did return it—with more than enough gas—we were still charged for fuel. We’ve received no return calls or resolution regarding this major inconvenience and overcharge.Despite that unresolved issue, we gave this location another chance when planning a second trip. We were first given a car that reeked of cigarette smoke. When we reported it, they swapped it for another vehicle—but this one smelled like marijuana and had visible damage from a dog chewing the dashboard. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, we were shocked by the dismissive response: “Would you like to go sniff any of the other cars to make sure they smell good enough for you?”—an unprofessional and disrespectful comment that made us feel like our concerns were being mocked rather than taken seriously.The only bright spot in this whole experience was Nelly, a hardworking and compassionate employee who truly went above and beyond trying to help us get a vehicle and salvage our trip. Thank you so much, Nelly—you were the only reason we didn’t cancel our vacation altogether.Additionally, on a previous attempt to rent from this location, we made a reservation over a week in advance. On the day of pickup, we were told there was no vehicle available. They promised to call when one was ready—but never did. That led to us missing out on an entire trip.After multiple disappointing experiences, poor communication, and lack of accountability, we’re hesitant to ever rent from this location again. Management seriously needs to reevaluate their customer service approach and vehicle quality standards.
