Representative Miles at this location was very helpful in resolving my issue with the first rental vehicle! I reserved a sedan for pickup for a road trip on a Thursday at 5pm, the checkout process with Miles went very smooth. However, when I went about 50 miles down the road, the vehicle began popping up with alert messages. Since it was now after hours, I had to then delay my trip until I could return to the location. Friday at 8am, I saw Miles again and showed him a video of the alert messages that were popping up. He apologized for the inconvenience and immediately swapped out the vehicle. Although my trip was delayed, I applaud Miles for swiftly handling my issue! He was very patient and understanding throughout the process!

Team provided excellent service when in the midst of chaotic returns and pick ups. Yes we can say they were “just doing their job” but we’re living in a time where service is falling to the side because of automation & computers. This team kept calm, apologized frequently, and remained consistently helpful. Thank you to all of you at this location!

I had a really disappointing experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Forest Park, IL. I reserved a vehicle for a noon pickup on 6/24 through my insurance, expecting to get the car on time. However, I didn’t receive the car until 5:30 PM, after waiting all day. The staff wasn’t outright rude, but the lack of communication was absolutely terrible.When I arrived, there were no cars ready by noon as promised, even after taking an Uber there. I was told I’d have a car in 35 minutes to an hour, but that didn’t happen. They took me home after requesting the ride and I didn’t hear anything from them until I called at 4:45 PM — and still, no update or car. They also claimed they had booked me a pickup, but nothing was scheduled to get back to the facility. I had to get a ride back there from my brother and barely made it in time. They told me they thought I was scheduled and wasn’t, which is just unprofessional. It seemed like they were waiting to close — very shady business going on there.To make things worse, they only had a mid-size available and refused to offer me the smaller car price for the mid-size for the inconvenience. I had to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle just to get a car at all.Overall, I highly recommend choosing another location or company. The poor communication, disorganization, and strange business practices really ruined what should have been a simple rental process.

Had to get a rental from insurance. The car had battery issues two days into renting the car. I called Enterprise’s phone line for a jump start and they said it was $55 for roadside assistance. What? How is that not included?Then I realized the plates were also expired (only by a month so not too bad). I went to exchange the car. The second car they gave me also had an expired registration (5 months expired!). The staff was able to find the correct registration.I didn’t have much of a choice since my insurance picked this location. The staff was also really nice. I just don’t recommend Enterprise in general anymore because of their errors and roadside assist policy.

I have rented from this enterprise multiple times. Each time I have come here, it’s always great customer service and excellent communication. Daion is always eager and willing to go beyond to make sure the experience is great.
