The company needs to look into this matter. I recommend the location by NRG working with Remy is the best.

I called back spoke with Brian, who set up a pick up for me. Ms T was the driver that picked me up very kind, great customer service! Nicholas assisted me in-store with the rental he was also very customer friendly. The vehicle was clean on the inside although it smelled like smoke, but the windows were all full of spots.Keep up the great work with direct contact with you customers and let's work on cleaning vehicles well including windows, and perhaps changing the cabin or airfilter so that the vehicle does not smell like smoke, that could potentially impact the next renting customer.Thanks for your service.Update!!!!!!The staff is nice and friendly but the INCOMPETENCY of some is absolutely absurd! The original vehicle that I picked up smelled like smoke, was dirty, tolerable in the inside. I was willing to settle untill I came out to the vehicle after it had been sitting in the sun, smelled like weed. I called for a replacement and was hung up on 6 TIMES. I called the 800 number Skylar was just as clueless on how to provide as exceptional customer service experience and suggested that I just return to the rental car location as if was convenient with no knowledge of available vehicle(s) are wait time. I did return and worked with a very pleasant young man by the name of Brian who informed me that it would take 20 minutes for the vehicle to be ready. I left, came back in 30 minutes, the vehicle was not ready. I waited patiently FOURTY-FIVE minutes only to receive yet again, another DIRTY vehicle with no gas (a further inconvenience). How am I going to be compensated for my time and experience. I called this morning on 3/20 and spoke with Jesse asked if someone could come pick up the vehicle clean it and gas it and bring it back( I'm about 5-8 min from location), he wanted to tell me about the policy in gas match. Why? It's inconvenient for a customer to have to pick up a vehicle on empty. I asked him what the rate was for the vehicle comparable to mine. He literally started giving me numbers that made no sense for the contract that the insurance company has with them. He said that he would have to figure it out and call back. One of my issues is that I was made to feel as if I was getting something for my inconvenience. Absolutely NOT! I can never get my time back that I wasted and yet I'm still in filthy vehicle.Customer service is the full experience and I am NOT pleased! This company has gone to hell in a hand basket!I need to speak with the GM, this is utterly ridiculous! And to witness another customer having a bad experience and express their unsatisfaction to me. Speaks volumes about the lack of concern that this company/location has with providing an exceptional customer experience.
