No problem at all. I was able to rent a dodge challenger. Wow. What an awesome car. The customer service was SUPERIOR by the associate who called me and helped me out with the reservation. She went over the features of the car with me, walked around and make sure there’s no existing damage on the car, and even asked why I was renting it and where I was headed. I returned it this morning with no issues at all and was on my way. Thank you enterprise for making this a hassle, free rental and making things easier than expected.Also, when I first got in the car, it was only averaging 20 miles per gallon. It got all the way up to 28 when I returned it.

Upon receiving the rental, there was no walk around and when we left with it we turned the circulated air on and the vehicle smelled like someone smoked 10 packs of cigarettes in it. At the time this was the only vehicle available unless we wanted to pay to upgrade. We returned it a couple days later to switch out to another vehicle. This "new" rental, was coming from service. No walk around. Just started it to show us there was no smoke smell and left us with the car to help someone else. Again, this was the only vehicle available, unless we wanted to pay to upgrade. It had clear signs of being in a prior accident with bondo on the front bumper and right quarter panel. Stitching coming apart in the front passenger seat. The dash and sticker on the window said it was due for an oil change. The rear driver tire needed air from a nail most likely. The horn worked intermittently. The hood shook when on the interstate. Along with clunking in the undercarriage and right front when turning left and backing. This car was beat and never should have been rented. Now, our vehicle being repaired was done and we were informed we could pick it up, so we returned this POS to enterprise yesterday and there is an issue with the payment from the insurance company. Obviously, that's not an enterprise issue directly, but it leads to the fact that we can't pick up our car from the repair shop yet and no longer have the rental because even they called us to return it, which we did. Despite the issues I guess you can say it did get from point A to Point B, and we need to go back to enterprise and get a 3rd rental until we can get our car. I wonder what kind of experience this will be???!!!?!?!! I do not recommend enterprise on US1 in Fort Pierce, FL. There should be an option for 0 stars, but the 1 star can be for getting us from point A to point B. Side note: I've used enterprise in the state of VT and had no problems.
