I had no trouble I would rent from that store again because of the customer service they have excellent customer service there. In fact I rented a vehicle for a month and one day and I was very pleased with them And I only got charged for one whole month. That was really awesome of them people. I thought that I had to sign a whole new contract because I didn’t know how much time was left on the contract that I had and they told me that I still had a few days and that I didn’t need to write a new contract they just needed to extend my time until the end of the contract Which was very kind of them because a lot of companies would write a whole new contract just to get more money out of people. I would highly recommend them to friends and family members if they needed to get a rental from a company.

I contacted customer service over a week ago and they said they'd contact me but they never did. Specific details below.The person working there told me my insurance for sure won't cover damages to the rental vehicle because "they're already helping you with the repairs". You and I spoke about this on the phone and you mentioned that was a lie on their part. When confronted, she insists she didn't lie to me and it's her job to "inform me of my options". I paid a large bill instead of using my State Farm insurance because that option was not given to me.I was offered to pay for Enterprise's insurance one week at a time. After one week was up, I decided not to repurchase. I was not informed this was not an option and that I would have to continue paying for their insurance unless I come in in person, but they waited until 15 minutes before close the day before I returned the car to inform me of this, so it was impossible to come in and cancel.Upon returning the car, I was informed I was not supposed to bring it back with dog hair. When I asked a different employee, he said they're supposed to tell us that when we pick up the rental. I wasn't told. They waived the cleaning fee but I would've simply vacuumed it had they told me.Upon returning the car, I was informed State Farm had decided to only pay for a partial day, and that "there was nothing they can do, it's your insurance company", even though I had spoken to Enterprise the night before and gotten specific verbal confirmation the rental car was paid for through the end of the next day. It seems reasonable that there should be an obligation on either State Farm or Enterprise to inform me of when the car is due back.

Jun 03, 2025 · Tamara MathesI am one hour into having my rental and I am already disappointed. The car is dirty, it doesn’t seem to have been cleaned up at all prior to my picking it up. There is animal hair in the trunk, a dead bee, and just overall signs that it was taken on a long trip prior to being returned. There is a very distinct cigarette smell. Some might not be aware but my sensitivity to it brought it to light immediately after getting on the road. If I were not already trying to get out on the road for my own long trip, I would take it back and request something else.I also did a video review of the vehicle with my phone since the gentleman who helped me did not go over any damages with me. The only reason I feel like I should have had this review of the car is because another man was looking over his rental up and down with his attendant.As far as employees go, the man who helped me over the phone was nice, however I requested a pickup the day prior and I had to call to see where they were. I then waited over 30 minutes for someone to come get me. I believe it was the young man I spoke with on the phone. Again, he was polite, friendly and engaging. I feel like he had customer care at the top of his mind. The man inside however was less friendly, he seemed to be annoyed with the entire process. I felt very rushed and since I have only rented a car one other time, I don’t feel like he did his due diligence with making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. I was left outside in the heat once I chose the car he suggested (again, feeling rushed) so he could get keys. When I walked into the building due to the heat, he was hunched over a desk with another employee and then rushed to me stating he couldn’t find the keys.Overall, with this being the 2nd time I have ever rented a car and the 2nd not so great experience at this location, I think it will be safe to say that I will not go back or recommend this specific location.Thank you to the young man who picked me up and helped me over the phone.

Spent 30 minutes and $30 getting here because I was told only a debit card would be fine. That changed when I got there. Time and money wasted. To clarify further, Jose’ specifically said that if I didn't have a credit card with my out of state DL that it would be fine if I showed my itinerary home which… I had prepared to show.
