But why ask me how much longer I need the vehicle for & when I ask how much for 2 weeks they tell me $261?It's straight up deception!Especially without an agreement to even look at..! They sent to the wrong email. I gave them my email & still no agreement in my email..!So they'll lie to you & tell you what you want to hear & take your money no problem but write something different then the agreement they offer to you.So rude.Im not rude to these people they're rude to me. By making me believe I am getting a service & not creating an agreement that aligns with what they say over the phone. Why is that now my problem?These people are untrustworthy. Every car they offered me has problems resulting in the consumer paying more for a car that uses more gas to keep the car running.They gave me a Nissan Rogue that wouldn't accelerate until 3000 rpms. Major mis fires & peeling out from a stop. Lightly on the gas the rmps would peg at 3k exactly!I took a video of this phenomenon.Got swapped for a kia with the same problem!The problem is they service their own car not a mechanic that knows how the car works!These new cars require diagnostics in the drive gear not in neutral. The computer doesn't know speed sensor problems in neutral because it's not moving! Needs to be engaged in drive gear for that.How you know what the speed issues without engaging the torque converter?I know cars better than they do I feel like. Literally letting people rent a car with problems that can easily cause an accident by a consumer.For example merging on a freeway. When we got there, Brandon had our Nissan Altima all gassed up and ready. On the way over, my girlfriend mentioned that she wanted to drive an SUV so I asked Brandon if that was possible. He didn’t skip a beat and said it was no problem, but we would need to wait 15-20 minutes to get the vehicle from the main office. Then he said we could have the Jeep Sahara that had just been fueled up and washed. He had us take a look and my girlfriend liked it so we took it (hopefully it wasn’t meant for someone else now that I about it).I’m sure it wasn’t, but I drove it like I was taking my first born home from the hospital lol. It was a very nice hybrid vehicle and I drive a 2008 Toyota Corolla so you can imagine how different it was.Brandon was awesome. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He was extremely professional and patient. We will definitely be going back to that location again, but hopefully not for the same reason!

Although we had booked for a midsize sedan, we were given a Nissan Rogue as they didn't have any on the lot that time. But we were given the same base rate by Siena from the sedan we had originally reserved for. She also did a very good job explaining everything and had done every safety check properly. Enterprise Aloha gets a 5-star for their excellence in customer service, kindness, and also safety.

Finally I got a pretty decent deal. I think the tax here is reasonable. Airport rental has the tax almost like its rental fee.

Store Manager is an excellent person. She understood my problem and she had waited for me for almost 15 minutes even after the store closure. She is very good at customer service. I appreciate Enterprise Rent-A-Car for the excellent service!!!
