Nothing but great things to say about this establishment! I had (what I thought to be) a small accident. Got a rental for the few days it would need to be in the shop. Only when I took it to the collision shop, it was a total loss. I had to keep the rental a bit longer. They switched my vehicle to what I wanted since it was available. Even when I had an issue with my insurance, they worked with me to make sure all parties were satisfied. I ended up buying the same style vehicle I rented from them. If I ever need a rental again, I’m definitely coming to THIS enterprise. Thank you for all that you did, it was greatly appreciated!

It clearly states in there about your license matching in the system, as well as if you’re not a newton county resident. READ THOROUGHLY! Then you wouldn’t have to come in here leaving bad reviews making it look like them when clearly they are just doing their jobs! Anyway Kimberly was great! I needed a rental for work. I called that morning to verify my booking online, they answered and said it was all ready they’d see me at 12. Got there and there was maybe 2 ahead of me so waited maybe 5 mins. She pulled up my rental verified my license and I was done got me to my car it smelled so great and was so clean. I actually extended my reservation to do an after hours return for Sunday and it was just easy peasy woke up to my $300 deposit returned to my card. My daughter actually had to use these guys when she got into an accident and they didn’t have the type of car that was requested however she needed a car badly so she accepted the one they had but was promised a better bigger car the very next day and she got it. This place is beyond 5 starts they do really strive to satisfy their customers needs.. however they do have certain protocols and policies they have to abide by as well doesn’t mean that deserve bad reviews. Go well prepared and you won’t have any problems!!

I make these trips every few months to take them to medical appointments and spend time together.When I arrived, the manager, Kimberly Pittman, said no compact cars were available and I’d have to take a larger vehicle for over $40 more per day. Since the shortage wasn’t my fault, I politely asked if she could waive or reduce the fee. She refused. When I asked if another available employee could help, she told me I wouldn’t be renting any vehicle at all — simply because I had questions.I left without transportation and no way to get my sick family members to their appointments. This was more than bad customer service — it was a lack of basic compassion.If you need reliability and empathy, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

I saw where another review stated Enterprise picked them up on the side of the road. I asked if they could pick me up and the manager told me they could not. I had to get someone an hour away to take me to pick up the car because I'm afraid to use any car service. Then when I arrived, I asked for the manager because I called a day ahead to see everything I needed to bring for proof and he stated he looked into the system and I was fine, but then the young man that checked me in stated I need proof of residence because I had my po box on file, when the manager stated that was fine, just so happened that I had my car insurance bill, water bill, and mortgage and the young man used that when he stated he only needed 2 forms of proof, but then asked for my mortgage statement and they have all of my mortgage info in their file as the young man stated he was going to put in their file. I asked the manager why didn't he tell me this because I called the day before and then he stated, "when he looked in the system, I was fine." I extend the rental on a weekly basis because I do not know when exactly my car will be ready. I extended it this last time through to a Thursday and received all of my confirmation and the manager stated in their system, I only extended it through Tuesday, which is not true. Now, I'm being charged 2 extra days I paid for already. When I was on the phone with the manager, I told him I would email him all of my confirmations while on the phone with him and then I did, and his response was, "I'm not going to argue with you but the good old system says you only paid through to Tuesday." When I was not arguing with him, I was only making him aware that my confirmation was not matching up with what he was saying to me. Then, when I went in the system to modify my rental, I was blocked off. I feel like I'm being treated like a car thief! Horrible experience in Covington, Ga.
