★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I reserved a midsize SUV but got a call on the morning of my scheduled pickup that the location didn’t have any SUVs available. Upon arrival I was offered a small sedan or a very large truck; I selected a Toyota Corolla. I was then told that none of the cars on the lot have been cleaned, so I had to deal with a car that had not been properly prepped or sanitized. The Corolla I was given didn’t have keyless entry or push button start, nor wireless phone charging. The employee I interacted with both times felt very chaotic and unorganized. I requested a refund from Enterprise corporate and was told it would need to be handled by the location. Corporate said they reached out to them requesting follow up yet they never responded. I’m still waiting for the refund or some sort of response months later. Definitely avoid this location and use the one on Goodale instead. They’re infinitely better.

Feb 12, 2025 · daniel cromwellCliche to say, but if I could leave zero stars, I would. This review is about both the Dublin and Grandview locations. I only get to leave a review now because I've officially sorted everything out with my lawyer. Back in June of last year, I rented a car from the Dublin location. It was a 2023 Toyota Rav4. Had the car for less than four hours before the back passenger tire literally exploded off the car while going normal freeway speeds. We were on the highway in a single lane between those cement construction barriers. The tire blew seconds after we cleared back to a normal four lane, any second sooner and we would've been in a horrible pile up. We had to cross three lanes of traffic to get to the side of the road on nothing but the rim and replace the wheel with the donut. Either the tire was retreaded and blew and/or it was not properly secured to the car. It was gone and there was nothing but mangled rubber left. Upon returning the car, we explained what happened and the guy didn't even bat an eye or apologize. Just told us that we aren't at fault and they'll take care of it. Wasn't even offered a refund either until my mother angrily called the next day and demanded my money back for almost killing me. The lady my mom spoke with completely agreed that they were at fault and issued the refund. Fast forward THREE months later and I'm getting a call from my insurance inquiring over a claim enterprise has made against my insurance. Unbeknownst to me, they claimed that I caused $8,000 worth of damage to the car and that the tire exploding was MY fault for, "driving with the parking brake on.” Mind you, this is a 2023 car, it is physically impossible to drive a new car like that with the parking brake engaged, it will automatically turn itself off. Even if somehow it was on, you can feel resistance from a parking brake and couldn't possibly be going highway speeds without noticing something like that. I called the Dublin location to figure out what was going on, and the manager stood firm saying it was our fault despite them claiming responsibility all those months ago. I filed to fight this claim and received a letter not long after that they were still going to pursue me for this money even after investigating. I lawyered up and got confirmation from several sources, including mechanics, that what enterprise claimed against me is impossible. They got a letter from my lawyer and immediately backed off after all of this back and forth for two months. And on top of all of this, I got rear ended in my own vehicle and needed a rental again, this was right before I found out they were coming after me. This one was from this Grandview location. When I first got the car, my boyfriend and I noticed a smell, but dismissed it as cleaning chemicals. The next day it was warmer outside and the smell was overpowering when I got in the car. I got out and smelled the driver's seat. Human urine. I was so disgusted, like are you kidding me!? I was so mad I didn't realize sooner and had been sitting in that. Whichever employee that cleaned the car before I rented it either didn't notice or didn't care and just chemically masked it. I called immediately and they had the audacity to tell me maybe they could get me a different car the next day. I called the Dublin location explaining the problem and hoped they would give me a car, as the Grandview one said they had none available. I was rudely denied and told to show up and demand a car from them. I did just that and the guy got an attitude with me and said I would have to pay to upgrade to an SUV. I argued with him, rightfully so, and he said, "I'm not trying to discredit what you're saying, but I have trouble believing someone would do that." I said, "Go and smell it yourself then." He shut right up and said he'll get me the SUV at no additional cost. He then had ME smell the new one to confirm that it was clean. I will NEVER be renting from an enterprise again. The incompetency and audacity is unbelievable.
Apr 14, 2025 · Siann PhounsavathI was given a filthy car after waiting nearly a half hour and was late to work. I reached out to customer service in multiple forms and was unsuccessful. It wasn’t until someone called me about a survey did enterprise offer to swap the vehicle. If it hadn’t been for that I’d still have that filthy car. Their customer service is horrible, I used the Grandview facility in Ohio, never again. Do better, your customer service is horrible!
Mar 20, 2025 · Duwan WatsonAmazing staff!! After my car being totaled, dealing with insurance agents, doctors finding a new car and needing a rental to get to work, they made this whole process the only easy part. Cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you!
