The only time we've ever really waited for an extended period of time is on Sunday, which is understandable as it seems to be one of the only Enterprise locations open on Sunday. We always feel well taken care of and the staff at the store seems to be doing the best they can to accommodate everyone!

Unlike Thrifty, (a division of Hertz Car Rental), Enterprise has never tried to play games with me when it comes to up front pricing. They clearly show you what it's going to cost and didn't try and "hide" additional addon costs like Road side assistance, extra insurance, etc. like Thrifty did to me on a recent rental.The car rented was clean, reliable and in good shape considering it's somewhat high milage.

The rest phone hasn’t stopped ringing the entire time I’ve been in line too. I would this place like the plague. I’ll update this with the actual time it took me to get my rental.35 minutes to make it to the desk and then I’m informed I need to wait around 10 extra minutes for them to finish cleaning the vehicle. So that’s 45 minutes past the pickup time.Got the car and the seats were stained and there was trash in the glove box. The tank was less than half full so I had to immediately go to a gas station to get a full tank of gas.This is the first time I’ve used Enterprise since I normally go with National and this will be the last time I use Enterprise.

I made a reservation on Monday for a Wednesday pickup at 5:15 PM at the West College location. I started calling the location to reconfirm my pickup( bc Brett called the day before to confirm I needed a pickup), but no one answered—despite multiple calls. I eventually reached a dispatcher who said there was no way to contact the local branch directly. By 5:45 PM, still with no response, I drove myself to the location and found the doors locked right at 6 PM and that’s understandable but I was never contacted or picked up.Luckily, I caught the manager, Tory, outside. At first, he seemed unaware of my reservation and said I couldn’t get picked up because of the time. Understandably, I was very frustrated. However, Tory quickly turned the situation around—he came inside, checked the system, and found my reservation (including a pickup request with someone named Bert/Bret). He sincerely apologized, gave me the rental keys, and even followed me home in my rental so I could drop off my car—after hours. His customer service and calm resolution skills were outstanding. 10/10 for Tory—he truly salvaged the experience that night and even gave me local food recommendations.Unfortunately, things went downhill again. When returning the car, I asked for a drop-off (as promised), only to be told by a different employee that there are no drop-offs on weekends. I don’t have family nearby and was left to pay for my own ride home—after already dealing with a disrupted pickup process.Enterprise used to be my go-to, but this experience felt like a jigsaw puzzle with too many missing pieces. If it weren’t for Tory’s help, this would be a 1-star review. His efforts deserve praise—but the overall process and communication at this location really need serious improvement.
