I will start by saying that the location not having any cars available wasn't the worst problem, it was the call 9 minutes before my pickup time that had me disappointed. After advance booking and confirming 2 days before the only decency this establishment had was a late notice call with no estimate on if they would even have cars available that day. Do better and have better communication protocols in place so that people can make alternate arrangements.

One hour later I received a call from Collierville branch saying they didn’t have aby available cars. Asked why I was given a choice if they didn’t have any. He told me he would transfer me to reservations to see if they could find a car for me…..instead of transferring I was disconnected. I called the reservation desk myself and was told they would have to forward to their manager to get back with me within the hour. That would make it around 3pm. Expressed my concern since it was getting late in the day. Well, 24 hours later I have not received a response/return phone call.Had to go with different company. I guess Enterprise doesn’t need the money and they definitely don’t respect the customer.Good luck if you rent from them.*******As you can see by their response , someone was going to call me regarding the issues at Collierville. Everyone was frantic and nothing was being done in a timely manner. When I finally got my car as I drove off I noticed the low tire light was on and an entire interior panel was missing. But, since I had already been there for 45 minutes waiting and was late to work I couldn't turn around to have them resolve the issue. Absolutely unacceptable to put a car out in that condition.
Jun 27, 2025 · Jeff MartinI rented from Enterprise many times over the years. Been a customer for over 35+ years; 20 years at this location. Never had any problems with any rentals until last year. At this point though I've been trying to get a problem, they created, fixed for over a year now. They have had at least 3 now maybe 4 different Managers at the local Collierville office during this time. Each one of them said they would take care of the problem and get it resolved, however as of this time it remains unresolved and I'm at my limit of patience! I've called their Customer Service multiple times and they put it back on the local office. No one wants to actually fix the problem. Someone at Enterprise Corp Office should have realised the ridiculous nature of what they did and fixed this by now. Apparently they think I'm just going to go away and accept their mistake. That is NOT going to happen. I have all the pictures, paperwork and evidence to back up my experience and this is the last opportunity they have to do the right thing and fix the situation or my next action is to send everything to my Attorney's, the Better Business Bureau, the Chambers of Commerce in Collierville, Germantown and Memphis, the State Attorney General and Senator Blackburn's Office. I'm tired of the poor customer service and a lack of accountability in their organization. There is clearly a reason why their turnover is so ridiculously high!
