You’re all set.” They also confirmed my deposit would be returned.But after checking my bank statement, I noticed an extra charge of over $300+ processed the day I returned the car. I still have no idea what that was for or why it wasn’t charged when I extended.I wouldn’t have had an issue paying it—just tell me what I’m paying for. Clear communication matters. Everyone seems to love working there which reflects highly on the manager. ALWAYS treat me as though I’m the only customer that matters. If there are any issues they go out of their way to make things right.

Arrived at my scheduled time (10:00 am) to be told there are no cars and to wait and see what they could do. My personal car is in the shop and I was renting to attend a funeral a few hours away. Needed to run errands before leaving town, was told I would get a call with an update. No call. I came back, no staff to greet customers and the phone run for about 40 minutes straight while waiting for some type of option. I canceled my reservation around 1:30. Multiple customers were waiting for hours and seemed like everyone had a confirmed reservation. A huge inconvenience overall.

I called them right away and Anselm took the call and reassured me that I would be taken care of. I showed up at their location and Fabian was quick and efficient with getting me all checked in. Ansel then followed through seamlessly with getting me in the car and on the road. Very informative about the functions and accessories with the vehicle. My insurance company totaled my out so I only have 7 days with the rental. I showed up to return the car and Sahara was hustling her tail off to get EVERYONE taken care of (this place could use 3 more of her). I mistakingly forgot to fill the gas tank up so without hesitation Sahara paused my return and let me run the 3 blocks to fill the car up and not be charged any fuel charges. When I got back Stephan actually remembered me from my mentioning the hail storm and showed so much empathy towards my situation. This location literally felt like a room full of family jumping in to help me out. I know it's their job and they get paid to do this job but empathy and compassion go along way. I can't brag enough how FANTASTIC this location is. Keep being great humans.
