I found Fabulous Car Rental close by and the transaction was so easy! I left driving a car that was just as nice as the one I waited 2 hours for at the same price. As others have said, I'll be a lifetime customer!

It was a very old car, We had to roll the windows down manually, open, unlock and lock the doors manually, the car started to shake if she went over 45. Then right after we renewed the rental the tire busted for no reason, we didn't even have a spare tire in the trunk. We called him, he wants to accuse us of running over something which was never the case, but he did come to change the tire only to put a doughnut on. We were desperate for a rental and the owner Ricky was aware of that. He said he would put on a tire the next day because it was late and he needed to get a new one. the next day came, he said it would take at least 2-3 days to get the tire. The day comes for her to renew again, still on a doughnut so we gave it back. Not only did he not give us the $200 deposit back, he claims that's for the damage of his tire, we had time to check the receipt and he over charged her for the insurance which he said over and over in the beginning it was $35 a week it turned out to be $70 a week. He is a scam artist with a business license is all. He sat there telling my cousin that he never said $35 a week, it was 3 of us there whe he said it so I guess we are all hallucinating. Who in the hell would agree to paying $70 a week for some damn insurance? Not to mention we had to wait an hour and a half for his friend from the barbershop to come back with the car. Just a horrible experience for cash rental. Might've been better off if we had've brought a man with us.

Oct 11, 2023 · T MackHorrible experience. I hate talking bad about businesses but coming to this business for a car was a horrible idea. The main guy Rick who works there was rude and disrespectful after I attained the car which was a 2002 Honda Accord. The first thing he told us when we got there was that all his cars were realiable and sound; the second week I had the car it broke down. I had to have the car towed, but a new battery along with a battery fuse and labor costs. His only thing to say was it's not my problem. He was a very shady man with a condescending attitude and I'm glad I do not have to do business with him any longer. My advice would be to stay away from this dealership.

Before she bought it I did a walk around and checked under the hood for a sticker indicating the timing belt replacement that should have already been done. No sticker in sight. Of course the owners told us that it had already been checked out by their mechanic and everything was fine with the car. It lasted two weeks / 200 miles before the engine blew a head gasket. Upon disassembly I found the car already had a new timing belt installed after the belt broke, but they never fixed the bent valves in the head. Someone stripped some head bolts, and jerry rigged it back together enough to run. Could have fixed it correctly but chose to cheap out on the repair resulting in a ticking time bomb. 1 tank of gas is all it lasted. I guess that's why they never put the sticker on as to the date and mileage of when the timing belt was installed, or WHO did the repairs. They wanted NO ONE to know what kind of HACK JOB they did on this motor. Owners refused to acknowledge any fault or try to remedy this problem. They changed the oil right before she picked up the car without even changing the oil filter. What?????? . More of the same mechanically morons that have worked on this car. Tightened the Oil fill cap so tight it took Channel Lock pliers to loosen. If I had got it loosened before the sale, it would have revealed the milky white contaminated oil/coolant mixture inside the cap. Owner promised to at least give us back the profit on the car and directed me to his wife that wrote the checks. That was futile as her attitude was you signed the as is warranty and we are not willing to make this right. Buyer definately BEWARE..These people don't even stand behind their word. She bought the car for $2700. Repair cost is $4000.00 Used Motor cost me $1193.00.. If they had any integrity, they would have told us that when he changed the oil and saw the contaminated oil draining out, they would have stopped the sale and shown us another car. Believe me when I tell you that they stand behind the "AS IS" "NO WARRANTY"...This was my 22 yo daughter..They will do this to you too..They don't deserve the one star at all. It's such a shame that I trusted them. Read other reviews before you buy or you'll be taking time to fill this out too..NO GA USED CAR LEMON LAW..They know this and they know they've got you by the short hairs...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PUBLIC...
