Go Go Go Transportation is situated at 4831 S Langley Ave, Chicago, IL 60615, USA. This address places them within the vibrant and densely populated South Side of Chicago. For local users in Illinois, particularly those residing in Chicago and its surrounding neighborhoods, this location offers a centralized base for operations. Being in a residential and accessible area means that their fleet can be strategically dispatched to serve various parts of the city with relative efficiency.
Accessibility to their physical location might not be a primary concern for most clients, as Go Go Go Transportation operates primarily as a pre-scheduled, pick-up and drop-off service. Clients are typically picked up from their homes, medical facilities, or other designated locations. However, the choice of a Chicago address indicates their commitment to serving the metropolitan area. The South Langley Avenue area has access to Chicago's grid system, allowing for relatively straightforward navigation for their drivers to reach clients across different districts. While direct walk-ins to this address for immediate service are unlikely given the nature of non-emergency medical transport, the location serves as their administrative and dispatch hub, ensuring coordinated and timely services throughout Illinois.
Go Go Go Transportation primarily focuses on providing specialized non-emergency medical transportation services. This means they cater to individuals who require assistance beyond what a typical taxi or rideshare can offer, but who do not need emergency medical attention.
- Wheelchair Transportation: A core service involves transporting individuals who are wheelchair-dependent. This requires vehicles equipped with ramps or hydraulic lifts and drivers trained in safely securing wheelchairs and assisting passengers. This service is crucial for those attending medical appointments, rehabilitation, or other necessary outings.
- Special Needs Transportation: They aim to provide transportation for individuals with various special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety during transit. This can include accommodating specific medical equipment or providing extra assistance during transfers.
- Senior Transportation: Go Go Go Transportation serves the senior community, offering reliable rides for doctor's visits, therapy sessions, and other essential errands, contributing to their independence and access to vital services.
- Scheduled Appointments: The service model typically involves pre-scheduled rides, which is ideal for recurring medical appointments like dialysis, chemotherapy, or physical therapy, where punctuality is critical.
- Door-to-Door Assistance: While not explicitly detailed, non-emergency medical transportation services generally include door-to-door assistance, meaning drivers will help clients from their homes into the vehicle and from the vehicle into their destination, providing a higher level of care than standard transport.
It is important for potential users to confirm the exact scope of services and any specific limitations or requirements, such as whether a caregiver must accompany the passenger, when booking a ride.
Go Go Go Transportation aims to highlight specific features that set it apart in the non-emergency medical transportation sector. These features are designed to address the unique needs of their clientele in Illinois.
- Specialized Vehicle Fleet: While specific details on their fleet are not publicly extensive, their focus on wheelchair-dependent individuals implies the use of vehicles specifically adapted with ramps or lifts, ensuring accessibility and safety for all passengers.
- Trained Personnel: Drivers in non-emergency medical transport are typically trained in patient assistance, securement procedures for mobility devices, and potentially basic first aid or CPR, emphasizing a higher level of care compared to general transport.
- Commitment to Punctuality (Aspirational): For medical appointments, arriving on time is paramount. Like all reputable medical transport services, Go Go Go Transportation would ideally prioritize punctuality to ensure patients do not miss their scheduled healthcare.
- Focus on Patient Comfort and Safety: The core of non-emergency medical transportation is to provide a comfortable and safe journey, especially for vulnerable individuals. This includes careful driving practices and attention to passenger well-being.
- Accessible for Individuals with Disabilities: Their service explicitly caters to individuals with disabilities, ensuring that their transportation needs are met with appropriate vehicles and assistance.
- Support for Seniors: They are positioned as a resource for seniors requiring assistance with transportation, helping them maintain their independence and access necessary medical care and community activities.
While these are the general highlights of a non-emergency medical transportation service, customer experiences can sometimes vary, as noted in public reviews. It is always recommended for new users to communicate their specific needs clearly and confirm expectations when booking.

Go Go Go Transportation Reviews
If I could post this review without giving this company 1 star then I DEFINITELY would!! This is the second time that my mom was scheduled a ride with this company and both instances she had an issue. My mom, who is wheelchair dependent, was picked up at 12:45p.m. and dropped off at the appointed destination where I met them. The driver told her to call her when she was ready. She complied and the call was made. The driver stated that she was in the process of dropping off a passenger and she would arrive in five minutes. About 20 minutes later, the driver called to inform my mom that the boss instructed her to pick up another passenger before picking her up. The conversation went back and forth for a couple of minutes. My mom called the company as we waited without any resolution. My mom called a church member to pick her up and 15 minutes later she was on her way home. Long story short, we arrived home at 3:50p.m. We waited for two hours for my mom to be picked up and the driver never showed. Is this the way that "Our" Seniors are treated?? Is this the way individuals with disabilities are treated??
