This location is literally an 8 x 8 square room with no chairs for customers to sit on. As an elderly customer with health issues, decided to sit on a wooden box in the room -the employee gave me an attitude. Took his photo to report him, and he rudely abruptly took and grabbed my phone out of my hand -literally. Extremely nasty, inconsiderate and unprofessional. this location doesn’t even deserve a one star but had no choice but to leave it. Expect very poor unappreciative rude service at this location -unbelievable and this employee threatened to call the police on me. lol what an idiot. As seen in photo trying to cover up his face instead of taking responsibility for his actions! Beware!!!!!!!! Thanks for reading!!!!!

Made a reservation online for 10am pick up time arrived early at 930 just for the rep to tell me I'm at the wrong location and needed to go to the location 15 minutes from this location mind you i had to Uber to this location! Get to the other location in Roswell just for them to say they don't have any car but I can pay and additional 15 dollars a day for an SUV! Long story short after $60 in uber ride I was unable to get a rental car.

Jun 27, 2025 · CurtisDon't use this location!I had a reservation for pick up at 1:00pm so I could go directly to the airport to pick up my family for my wedding the next day. I called at 10:00am that day and spoke with Letisha? to confirm my pick up and she said my large car would not be there. Instead of her trying to find me a car, she told me to try calling other locations for any availability. How is that for customer service? Also, they were not proactive to call me about not having my large car. If I had not called I would have showed up ready to head to the airport and found out there was nothing for me. It was a very emotional and stressful situation the day before my wedding. My family had to wait at the airport while I tried to make other arrangements.A few days after my wedding I stopped into the location and they said the District Manager, Kingsly Evans, would call me and he never called. It starts from the top down and they all have a no care attitude. If this is how they treat a President Circle member I can't imagine how they treat a basic customer.
