★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My experience was fine in terms of the actual car I received. However, Minnie or Mimi at the front desk was condescending and rude. For context, I've never been in a accident before therefore I did not know how the rental process worked. She misheard a answer I gave her regarding my background and she proceeded to talk to me like I was a child for the rest of the interaction. After I received my keys I asked if she wanted to help me inspect the car for any damages that may already be there. Only for her to say "our cars are pre inspected before use". That made me feel uncomfortable. I could be held responsible for any damages before me since she didn't want to GET UP and look at the car parked 10 feet away. The "pre-inspected" vehicle had a sticky substance on the steering wheel, crumbs everywhere, and salt and sugar packets wedged in between the drivers and passengers seats. BUT they were "pre-inspected" as per Minnie. When I finally return the vehicle she THEN wants to go look at the vehicle. Also made me feel uncomfortable, because why are you looking for something that may have already been there before me? Anyways, didn't like her customer service but the car was nice. 2025 loved it. Would have given a 1 star but 2 stars because I liked the car so much.

The worst experience I have ever had! Traveling back from Tennessee and the car stopped in the middle of the highway with me and my family! Roadside assistance couldn’t have cared less! Sat on the phone with roadside assistance for 3 hours to not even get any results. Paid for our own tow truck and can’t even get that money back! I was charged twice for the car! Still waiting to hear back with an explanation of that! Customer service stopped responding to me. Tried to sign into my account to get the digital receipt, can’t do that. Ask for paper copies of your rental agreement! The best they could do was give an $100 rental certificate.. yeah, okay! I will NEVER recommend this place.

Was n car 4 12h's tow never arrived.This location stole all n car +$1100 rental fees that was told would be refunded! I knew the car was definitely defective and they told me twice to take it to the airport and they said they would not replace it from a different location! Even though they knew the location was closed for staff is! I’m in the president’s circle! This car was the worst! Another rental was definitely defective(Volvo requires internal internet but didn't work!) thousands gone!**The new manager is awesome and I have hope they will fix this issue! I luv hertz and want to see if they care about their customers! The new staff is not responsible for this issue!I will report back on this issue as soon it is fixed!Hope they do better than the previous staff!The new manager she is very nice!Best rentals!

I’m giving this a 1 star due to the conversation and handling by the front desk girl. When we first arrived we provided a name and was asked if we scheduled the rental that day because the name couldn’t be found. After they found it “checking another system” she began asking questions as part of check in process but when their response was not understood, it was attitude and condescending talk from there by the front desk agent. Any questions or statement from there was presented with attitude as if after 3 min of being there she was over us. It’s a shame for someone to have their first unexpected experience due to a car accident to be presented this way. When the keys were given I asked if they do a walk around of the car together(cause I’ve personally only had experience with Enterprise and National) , was told “No, we do all inspections ahead of time but you can take photos”. If that is Hertz process, I understand however after the experience with Hertz thus far that day anyone can understand our distrust with potential issues. After checking the car, the cleaning job was just sad. Sticky substance on steering wheel, crumbs on floors etc. To those maybe getting a rental from here and you want peace of mind? I’d say look elsewhere.

We called customer service to ask about returning it to a different location, but they told us it would cost $500 to change the drop-off spot. When we picked up the car, we specifically asked if there would be any issues with after-hours return, and were told there wouldn’t be. In the end, we had to pay an extra $150 just to extend the rental until the store reopened the next day. Super frustrating and disappointing experience.
