I was send to them through NYC motors and both parties were suppose to discuss behind me since it was a rental car through NYC motors.Poor method of doing business with people and they need to wake up and follow due process.I received the rental August 23 and returned it back to NYC motors on September 4 till date Hertz still sending me more bills of $227 plus.

The car was filthy inside and they didn’t have any cars to exchange it with. They send their customers to Pep Boys to fix their cars for them if there is an issue. They lack customer service skills as well and don’t do much to help in anyway. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Worst car rental experience in all of my years of travel.

All I wanted to know is if they had my reservation and if there were cars available. A customer who was waiting was kind enough to tell me to check the app was the only help I received. Called my insurance company and had them switch the reservation to another rental company
