You book a car; they let you book a car, send you a text saying they have your car rental reservation, and you arrive to pick up the car, but voila, there are no cars to rent. Solutions: none. They just tell you to modify your reservation or try to call other locations to check if they have cars. Are they doing anything for the customer, such as: "Sorry, we do not have cars now, but let me try to call other places," or "Let me try to modify your reservation for you"? Nope they dont. And nope there is no option for them to call you, or text you to let you know when they have a car. So apparently the policy of this company is bad not letting their people to help customers and letting their system to book unexistent cars.

I told the manager Ahmed that was not what we ordered and this was unacceptable. Ahmed then was able to get the car we rented for us last second. I will say, the vehicle should have been ready since it was guaranteed but I’m glad at the end of the day everything was resolved

I waited until 3:30, even calling to confirm, and was told my car was “on the way.” However, when I arrived, I was told the car was actually reserved for someone else. Instead, they asked if I’d be okay with a different vehicle.This experience was extremely frustrating. I rearranged my entire day to pick up the car I reserved, only to be told it wasn’t available when I got there. The lack of communication and reliability was disappointing, and I wouldn’t trust this service again based on how my reservation was handled.
