Stuff was left in the glove box , the front window on the inside and out were not clean. The customer service when I rented the car was awful and impersonal. If you were not affiliated with my insurance I would've went somewhere else.

They have to handle a lot of folks, a lot of calls, and a lot of calls. They handle their business as best they can. One testament to their professionalism is their handling of my own meltdown of sorts. This business is frustrating... and today was one of those days I let it get to me... But the folks here handled things professionally and were able to help me through the situation I had with the vehicle.In regards to the phone situation, so far they've been better than some other Hertz places I've had to deal with that cater to the 'ride share' workers.Even in a 'vacuum'... not comparing to other locations like this... I feel they do a pretty dang good job with what they have to work with.
