They don’t care about customer service and when you’re done doing business with them they won’t ever get back to you. Be careful with them. I rented with them for 3 months, didn’t really start having problems until towards the end. I got tired of going back and forth with them so I returned the rental. Maintenance wise they are better than most because you don’t have to keep going to a shop a few weeks, you go in whenever there is a problem with the vehicle but it’s a hassle to get them to approve certain maintenance and wait time can be ridiculous especially with them changing their policy. I didn’t have the worst experience with them but I still couldn’t recommend this place. I rated them with very low stars for the hassles I’ve endured and still currently am, just to get my past rental paperwork from them for my taxes. Pick them as a very last option.Additionally, while renting with them I had no problems. Never missed a payment, they always got their money on time. Meanwhile for me as a regular paying customer I wasn’t always treated with the upmost respect in return. They did try to say I missed a payment but that immediately got fixed, I don’t play those kinds of games. They also tried to accuse me of damaging the rental which was a lie. I am a mechanic so whatever issues there were previously I told them about before pulling off with the vehicle so I’m not sure what that was about….it wasn’t “them per say,” it was one of the shops that told them and they told me. That shop wasn’t the original one I go to but it was a good thing I stayed ontop of everything so the original shop I took it to could vouch for me in this case. Other than that I didn’t have any other problems. I never received my security deposit back neither.**Only Read if your interested in this company and is curious about them*** This paragraph is while I was renting with them.

These people are completely unprofessional and seem to have no issue taking your hard-earned money. I spoke to them about setting up a payment plan for a previous balance and was assured over the phone that once I made a payment for the new rental, I would have access to the vehicle. However, after I made the payment, they turned the car off and denied me access, despite agreeing to the plan beforehand.It feels like they deliberately misled me just to get the payment, and then cut me off from the rental as soon as the transaction went through. Based on what I’ve experienced, and after seeing similar complaints in other reviews, I’ll be reaching out to the Attorney General’s Office for more information and assistance. If you're considering renting from here, proceed with extreme caution!

A “mirage” as a host, letting them rent your cars, they do not pay attention to maintenance intervals and strictly do oil changes without vehicle health checks then when something breaks when it could have been prevented they they charge you, they make the same hosting fee regardless so there is no care or passion for the business. why all cars have unlimited miles to do what any renter pleases .. I have a couple friends that worked with their company before the owner and name change and have a lot of insight, would not recommend.
Oct 01, 2024 · Susan TaggartI have been renting with mirage rentals for nearly a year consistently, they were previously known as ten04 rentals.Initially starting with ten04 and moving to mirage rentals I drove a model 3, model y, a model 3 (one they rented with invalid expired registration, which deactivated my uber and lyft accounts, pictures to come.), a toyota highlander hybrid, a camry hybrid, a model y (that was rented to me and I was made to take out insurance on a vehicle that was available), then lastly a model x (that was dead, abandoned, and full of trash, once again requiring insurance on a car that I could never drive)1. The experience initially it started as an amazing ride share provider with clean rentals and a fast process. Calls, texts, any concerns would be answered immediately; however within 3-4 months the quality of service diminished and the car they seem to provide as well.2. The cars I have driven more then 6-7 of their cars within their cohosting fleet and personally encountered problems in roughly 1/3 of all vehicles. Invalid faulty registration on the tesla with “plug m3” as the license. They luxury model x being trashed. The clean luxury fleet they boast has fallen to degradation over the year and most cars I have rented have been both dirty and stinky upon pick up. FOR ALL TESLA RENTERS, don’t be left abandoned make sure they take your card information to charge the car and pay off the previous charge balance (3/5 teslas from them had issues).3. The overall experience, after a year of rentals from mirage and a year from all other major rentals (resla,ucars,hyrecars,hertz,drivesally) I wouldn’t recommend mirage above any others or above turo. Mirage offers “nicer” cars until the car gets initially rented then car is often mistreated and never cleaned again. The pricing is all very similar except mirage is more expensive for no physical location and the same level of experience. As I am writing this I am still waiting on my security deposit and the additional 600$ they charged me after returning their car.Overall would not recommend, drive sally is better option. Pictures coming with the invalid registration they rented, the dirty model x, and text conversations waiting weeks for replies and being refused a refund.Edit: Removed a star, it has been over three weeks and they still refuse to refund me for the additional week that was charged. Worst than hertz which had the dignity and integrity to refund. Even ucars left me with a better experience, better communication, and less lies and deceit.COMPANY WONT RETURN YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BE WARNED OR REFUND.Last update: I just filed a claim in small claims court. This company will block you and refuse to return your money. They currently owe me 550$, $300 of which being an additional week they charged me for and $250 for a security deposit that was never returned.

The process was smooth, and Nick and Hao are always very responsive. There was no surprises and they’re always more than fair. They’re a great value for money and they’ve been hassle-free anytime my car needed maintenance!
