My only other complaint is how long it takes them to release the hold or I have a really crappy bank.

That part was great as well as the location of the business.The negatives the customer service. Also the rules of renting from this company. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Agents are not engaging or friendly. Multiple agents are taking personal phone calls while you are at the counter. They do not seem interested in earning or maintaining their clients via phone or in person. Secondly policy for their rental this is the only time that ive been advised that tolls are automatically charged to a cars plate and to not use your ezpass. That tolls are taken out of your deposit, that you have no choice rather you want to participate in this or not.Side not they do not rent vehicles that are new. The vehicles that are available seem to be used vehicles.

I had to wait almost 2 hours for the vehicle to get to the location & then they still had to "clean" it when it got there. No one even apologized for the wait. The person ahead of me changed her vehicle type because what she reserved wasn't available either. Then I return & want to change the payment, I get confused looks & questioned "what you talking about? Its already paid for." I've never had a rental that wasn't prepaid (like via a 3rd party site) where I couldn't change the payment at the end. Oh yeah, and the return time wasn't changed to reflect the time I actually got the vehicle, so I was receiving text messages starting at 430am about returning.

I was told she would be charged an extra driver rate that was more than what the cost of the rental was for a day. I was told I could not have a receipt and the $150 would come out of her deposit. There was no compassion or empathy after being transparent and communicating with the facility. My grandmother called the location. She was told unfortunately that’s policy and nothing could be done. A manager was requested and she was told she was unable to speak with one at that time because they were not in the office. She will follow up with corporate if there’s no resolution!
