I had to wait more than an hour for the rental vehicle. Also that phone number is effectively useful since no one ever answers. And the kiosk that is set up for customers to use is a hassle. I recommend staying away!

Had to dispute the charge and file a fraud complaint with the state attorney general. When picking up the car the automated process didn't work, had to call corporate and wait for someone to call me back. A 2 minute pickup process took over 30 minutes.
