I reserved a sedan and they said they didn't have any and that it would be a wait for the next one but that I could get an SUV for an extra charge. I asked how long of a wait and she tsk'ed at me, rolled her eyes, and said she didn't know. I said I really didn't want an SUV and I was told that was my only option unless I want to get in line again and see if they have something else the next time I get to the front. I said I wanted the fee for the SUV waived then because I really did not want one and felt I shouldn't have to pay extra for a car I didn't reserve and she said she couldn't do that. I was right on time so I gave in and paid the extra fee. They put a hold on my credit card for more than twice what the rental fee was and it's still there a week later.Drop off was easy.

They claim I turned a completely different car in at the NJ location. Makes absolutely no sense. Then on top of that they keep randomly charging my credit card. This place is a FRUAD. I can’t believe that the airport even allows them to run out of the location. DONT EVEN BOTHER.
